Moonlight Suites - Houston George Bush Intl Airport

This place was very clean & next to a Waffle House!

This property is spartan, recently remodeled and value-priced, and has one in-room whirlpool tub suite, which I booked for this stay. Room was clean, well lit, and typical for this tier and operator. The tub was deep, but is rather small compared to other operators’ choices for jacuzzi suite use; jets were clean, powerful, and filled rapidly with good temperature control, it was yelp-hot and chest-deep in 5 mins or so! Management is traditional, very visible and vigilant. If you are expecting a warm, and inviting experience, with pleasant and helpful staff, book elsewhere - do not expect the staff to be helpful in resolving matters with reservations such as name differences due to marriage; after my use of the word “husband”, with my male gender, and birth name on ID not matching the reservation paid for on a card in my married name, I was denied check-in, turned away with threats to call the police, and being told “we will not do this here”, closing and locking the lobby window and four people ignoring me completely. Support had to intervene to force them to allow me to check in after being told to verify the updated info. Understandable but unpleasant and very upsetting without Support’s intervention.

The room was in poor condition, with a strong humidity odor throughout. Additionally, the bed sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival.

Staff was rude called me at 10 am to tell. Me it was almost time to check out and at breakfast it was only cereal and milk and dutchess honey buns so no they do not have breakfast plus at 8 am the staff told me check out is at 11am again like they were ready for me to go but it was a clean room tho but the staff is horrible oh and u can't have pets or visitors even if it's door dash 😡 so I'll give them a rating of 1 and a half star just cause the rooms were clean but I will never ever book this hotel again

extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

We felt very unwellcomed. The staff was not very friendly. They watched us all the time. The breakfast was the a joke. It was one of the worst experiences at a hotel. Never will go back.

The room was big and clean and had everything I needed. If there ever was an issue the staff would gladly help and resolve it.

Todo limpio , cómodo, agua caliente, aire acondicionado excelente, pero no ofrecen un buen desayuno solo es Corn Flakes , café y jugo, deben mejor!

Didn’t eat breakfast but I went next door to Waffle House and there is a subway in the gas station also, next door. No coffee pot in the room and no lamps and need better towels.

Room was clean and looked nice but it was 12 at night and cleaning staff was making a lot of noise interrupting mine and my girlfriends sleep. 3/5 just for it being a nice room, wouldn’t come back.

location first of all when I got into my room the sheets were really staying the took pictures then in the middle of the night they were fighting loud noises is not quiet then in the morning I went to go get breakfast cuz they're supposed to have breakfast in the morning I want to get coffee and I don't know if he was the owner but there was a tall bald man and his underwear trying to tell me that I was stupid it was just bad really bad The people that runs it is really bad and after all that he tried to run me off the premises and I told him no because I paid I booked it it's just really really bad and would never go over there again
