Location Room was dirty. Shower had mold. Sheets had burn holes and stains.

Location It literally didn’t have a shower curtain,no tv, when I asked to be moved cause I know from time the last person checked out in front of me the front desk in less than five mins had me in the same exact room. Which means the bedding wasn’t changed hell did even have any small towels the guy that answered said ok but then quickly called back and said no the other guy told him he couldn’t and literally think bed bugs or shingles was contaminated my room I’ll include the photos and I guess I shared a room with roaches which was everywhere

Nothing Staff

Location People they allow to stay in the property, constantly of people trying to sell or offer illegal services and activities all night. Let’s people not stay at property stay around the parking lot

Nothing The TV was not working

The check in guy at office was very friendly. 1st room had roach crawl across floor & no fridge. Was given another room. Had 2 condoms on shelf, nothing at all like the pics online, dirty, old water bottle in fridge, freezer was full of ice with a stuck bag of vegetables in it. Worst linens I’ve ever seen in a hotel. And when checking out, I had to wait for employee to finish walking his dog, then he had to go inspect the room to ensure all the linens and pillows are there (not sure anyone would ever even want to take them) but it is their policy in order to receive deposit back. And the total price was way higher than better hotels in better locations.

nothing roaches everywhere, I had to ask to staff for a mop so i could mop the floor, floor had not been mopped in months.. colorings and children writings with crayons on walls and bed, microwave cover cracked and full of roaches, ofdice staff gave one set of towels.. when asked for more they did not want to provide.. might i add the mop was just a broom with a towel over it! do not stay here!

Room was dirty never got cleaned. When we got to the front desk to report disgusting room conditions he said he was sorry and gave us a key to another room . We didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to leave immediately. Filthy Location. It was disgusting. Bad customer service. Scary residents

No breakfast It was ok

The showers were nice too. It could have been a little cleaner but i did arrive early. the staff was great they let me do early check in because i did not know that check in was at 3.

Terrible place Shut down

There's a fridge. Ok for crashing. HW ok. Easy to zip in and out. Ishvar, the manager was super friendly. I slept ok. Bare room. No coffee / water. No toiletries.

Everything about this place was terrible. Upon entering, it was two crackheads walking up to the establishment. I went inside the office and the manager was at the counter to check me in. (Mind you I paid in advance through the app.) I told him how nice his reviews were online and I asked him how was the place? I mentioned that sometimes people lie about descriptions of the establishment. He assured me that the place was nice. I checked in got my key went to the room. Roaches were falling upon me opening the door. The rooms stink roaches were everywhere. Holes in blanket of bedding and everything. Dirty walls no towels. I closed the door and went straight back to the office asking him. Can I have another room? He told me he was sold out. I then proceeded to ask him can I get a refund? He told me to call booking.com. I called them for two days. No one answered. I will not be booking with booking.com anymore because there is no customer service to help you. I will stick to Priceline. I wasted almost $150. Never again. I told the man I’m giving him to God he will reap what he sewed. False advertisement. The place was terrible and I’m not over exaggerating. Please do not book this place. Also, they were out there tricking… girls basically naked in the parking lot, people selling drugs, etc..
