Its amazing and safe place

The service was excellent extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good and fresh! Will stay again!

We stayed for a quick trip. But would stay here again!

Some furniture needs be replace.

The only issue I had was each day I had to get a new key card for some reason one lady told me they didn’t have me checked in for my whole stay which was Saturday to Tuesday and they didn’t have the room I booked available when I checked in

The biggest concern was safety. Although the property is gated, the front entrance was left open and there was no visible night security. During our stay, another guest had items stolen from his truck. He was understandably upset, and I didn’t feel the staff handled the situation well. Given that I had also seen previous reviews mentioning break-ins, I feel future guests especially families should be aware. The hotel also seemed poorly maintained when it came to basic amenities. We asked for extra pillows but were told there weren’t any available, leaving us with only one pillow per person until next day. Some shower products were also not replenished, and the TV signal was unreliable. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming they forgot our name, and which also made it uncomfortable to ask for assistance. The location is convenient to the airport, but there aren’t many good dining options nearby. Overall, I would not choose this location again, especially for a family stay.

Amazing

The facilities There was a gas station around 5 mins walk from the hotel but the hotel was surrounded by a security fence making it impossible to walk to it. I know the fence was there for our security but they should have a walking path/gate to those who took an Uber and are unable to drive around for food/drinks.
