Great hotel!

My power was out all night and morning

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety and was fresh every morning. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and every area of the property was kept in great condition. The exercise room could have been cooler.

I could have used a better water pressure in the shower, but my overall stay was amazing. When I am in Houston, I will definitely book here every time if it’s available

Everything went well.

Everything was great.

I can’t even make anything up to complain about. Perfect stay, reasonable price, very accommodating. Will return.

The food menu offered a great variety of options, and everything looked appealing. A special shout-out to the bartender, who wore many hats throughout the evening. She effortlessly balanced bartending and serving tables while providing friendly, attentive service to everyone. Her positive attitude and efficiency really stood out. The hotel also had a pleasant ambiance that made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, great free breakfast.

The front desk staff who checked me in was rude and acted as if they were annoyed that they had to deal with me. When I completed the check-in form she acted like she was a school teacher grading the paper of a poorly performing student. At one point she challenged the information I had provided, and at another point she actually walked outside to look at the vehicle I was driving to verify I had written the correct information. She did not smile during the entire encounter, and again acted as if she were disgusted at having to deal with me. Won't stay here again.

The breakfast was really nice .Everything nice & clean

The only small thing I'd mention is that the entrance is a little hidden. If you're not paying close attention, it's easy to miss the turn into the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located, nice staff, lots snacks available for purchase in the lobby.

July 12 Manager, was extremely rude disrespectful and did not listen. States that she didn’t have any contact information for me yet everybody else did. The remaining staff was extremely polite, helpful, and upstanding customer service.
