The staff was great. From the front desk to the valet guys to the poolside servers. Everything was great. Property was very clean as well.

We were unable to leave the property for medical reasons so we ate at the hotel. The food was good but the menu was very limited. Shuttle service very good and fun ride. Beautiful pool area. Very nice hotel located close to Medical Center. Would stay there again!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was awesome, and the hotel has a very unique vibe that made a cool place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but the shower was excellent. We were only there two nights and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it rained.

Restaurant on site so it’s a pity breakfast isn’t included Gym was well appointed and quite a size My disappointment came when we checked out to be told we would be charged an amenity tax $35 per night which I had not been obvious whilst booking nor told on check in . Goodness knows why that has to be added and if it’s for the cookies at 3pm, the bottles of water at night then I would rather have said no to all those extras we really didn’t need . And why apply that after you’ve paid for a room at a certain rate This hotel is lovely but that really changes my view of the place

Great staff and amazing hotel

Rooms were super musty and mildew smelling. Vents were disgusting, full of mold and dust and dirt. Water damage in the rooms. Beds were lumpy and mediocre. . Sinks were moldy around the grout. Shower backed up with water. Valets scuffed the back of my vehicle. Hotel is old and rundown needs a complete overhaul.

The room was beautifully cleaned and maintained. The entire lobby and restaurant area is unique and captivating. Food is well prepared and delicious. This was my 6th stay at Zaza in the last few years. I love the transportation service; very friendly and good drivers. Louise Lund 7/5-7/10/26

Gorgeous view from the balcony! Bed and linens super comfortable. The steam shower was absolutely heavenly, water pressure and temp SOOOOO good!! Room service and food was great, and I loved how helpful the staff was. They brought by ice, water, and a snack without me asking once I had been there a few hours. Also they offer free afternoon snacks in the lobby. I got an amazing massage at the spa and used the sauna. My only complaint is that they don't have a hot tub and the pool was so freezing (during July) that I couldn't swim in it at all.
