Another concern was the lack of clear information regarding the hotel's pet policy and the types of pets that are accepted. Finally, the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, which I found quite surprising and inconvenient.

The one roll of toilet paper per stay rule (which was outrageous on a 21 day stay) The authoritarian way I was told my room would be cleaned with or without my permission on every Thursday, which never happened my entire 3 week stay due to the coworker quitting

Bad service and have too many restrictions and could not receive any help from Expedia either to change reservation

Room had two beds, a small table, and a kitchenette which allowed us to make some of our own meals and eat comfortably since we brought our own dishes/pan. The hotel staff was never in their office. They were unprofessional. They have you sign a contract without showing you what it entails. They were rude when we tried to figure out what an extra charge was for. The room was not well maintained and the caulking in the bathroom was gross. The long term tenants in the area were loud and since the hotel is unstaffed after 7PM, no one is there to control the noise and loitering right outside your window. We stayed for a week and had to use the same dingy towels the whole stay.
