The staff at the front desk were friendly. The rooms seemed to be clean without looking deeper into things. It was a good location to where we were going. I got multiple bites on my legs and I actually ended up needing an antibiotic from this hotel. I asked the worker there if we were able to change rooms due to seeing the ant issue earlier that day but that didn’t happen.

I didn’t like it at all The room was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty and there was hair on the pillows.

There was no breakfast provided, only coffee. The weak, faulty and unstable Wifi service.

-the hot water -staff -I asked to buy another night and they asked for another deposit - money hungry facility like any other but noticeable -THEY WILL NOT APPROVE OF REFUND EVEN IF YOU JUST ORDERED

We loved the jacuzzi and the room was huge it definitely was great room would have been the perfect hotel if it was a little cleaner and we also didn’t realize the hotel wasn’t in the best area but thankfully it was inside a fence and cops came to check the property here and there The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned all the way like it was just half a*sed but the sheets were clean and we just wiped everything down and made sure to wear our slippers inside the room

Rooms are spacious and clean Thicker mattress and better shower curtain cause the water was all over the floor other than that my stay was ok
