Very old and has an old smell. Expected more from so close to the airport

Terrible location and pool was green and unusable.

For the price, it was a good stay. The rooms were nice and clean. Some of the walls were a bit dated outside. The gate was kind of sketchy, but for the price it was worth to stay.

I had called to see if I was able to cancel the reservation just due to the fact that I ordered the wrong look I put it in the wrong location so whenever I did so they did not do anything to even try to help or even try to you know switch the reservation to over there or anything like that. That day I was had nowhere to stay they took my money as well because they don't want to refund it to me so I was stuck with no place to stay for two nights. Didn't even try to accommodate or even give me a discount or anything they just took my money and said good luck.

The overall hotel is nasty the staff is not helpful at all . The elevator was out of order and the staff didn’t even tell us at check in the hotel has a mold smell it’s not clean it was so nasty I couldn’t even stay and was charged for the night and was there less then 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to no one it needs to shut down . I was checking in and another customer came in and someone broke in his car on the property and the property has a code gate. They gave him no help and the cameras in the lot didn’t work.

My hotel room was clean. But just that. Furniture very scratched up. Room had a very strong mold/mildew smell. I changed rooms because it was giving me a headache. The next room wasn’t as bad but still had the same smell. The entire floor smelled moldy/mildewy. However as far as cleanliness went it was good. Staff was friendly and polite

Great place to stay quiet, friendly staff and very clean

Qw have been staying there fir 3 weeks and management was insensitive. Recently the fridge is not working and maintenance would not come to fix it. I bout oarishabke food and had to get a cooler to fill with ice to keep items cold. This is unexeptable.

Elevator don't work properly, the walls and outlets in hallway and room was so dirty it was gross! The checkin staff was on point and the pool guy too, the cleaners just setting around watching their child play in housekeeping department. Unreal!

My daughter and granddaughter were stuck in the hot elevator for around 30min. The nurse got clerk was young and so didn’t know what to do. Finally decided to call maintenance and still couldn’t figure it out. Meantime it’s getting hotter in the elevator, the clerk was so non chalant. Meanwhile we’re on the phone with 911. Firefighters get there as th maintenance guy arrived. Just as firefighters arrived to the elevator the maintenance guy opened the elevator doors. Needless to say we got a refund and found another place to stay.

My rating is solely based on location. We arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm. There are gates at the driveways. One was closed. One was partially closed. We had a 26’ UHaul pullling an auto trailer. There was no way a UHaul was fitting through the gate. The only possible parking was on a side street in a neighborhood. There was another truck with a trailer parked there as well and they had just had their truck broken into and all contents stolen. We left. I never even checked in. I am sure the interior and staff would warrant a better review, but I am unable to provide that.

Great service all around, gets the job done with comfy beds and housekeeping is up to date with updating amenities.
