The room was disgusting. Wifi had no signal most of the night. There were bugs. The remote for the TV had been misplaced by the maid and the front desk clerk didn't know how to fix it. First he said that someone was coming that same night to fix it so we could have a remote to control the TV (it was on the guide all night and we couldn't watch anything). Then he said no, someone wouldn't come until the morning. Then he refused to give us a discount on the room for the inconvenience. The next morning a different clerk was there. She did what the previous guy said he was going to do and called someone to guide her on how to program a different remote. After waiting all night and most of the morning, we were FINALLY able to watch TV only a little bit before checkout. The door had been previously busted in and not fixed properly and the outside lock was busted. This poses a serious security risk since the entire place is filled with crackheads. I paid for a smoking room but the night clerk told me they don't have ashtrays and we would have to use a cup with water. This place is not cleaned properly, nor disinfected per COVID protocol, and has dust and dirt piled up everywhere. The sheets and blankets on both beds were stained and burned. This is an expensive horrible place to stay. You would think that for the amount we paid (which is comparable to other, better places we have stayed) we would be able to enjoy a quiet, safe place to stay and be able to enjoy the amenities we paid for. The have a broken hot plate in the room and a lot of the electrical outlets don't work. They also had a toaster and a coffee pot, but they were both disgusting and probably had not been cleaned in years. The coffee they provided was horrible. There is not one good thing I can say about this place other than thank God my stay is over Everything. There is nothing good about this place. I also went in to the office to purchase a can of Coke and the night guy tried to charge me $2 for a warm soda. It seems to me that they charge the most for everything, yet give their customers the least. If the health department where to pay them a visit, they'd probably be shut down. This was an awful experience in every single way.

It's close to Walmart and on bus line. People bringing noise from evening to late night fall and I didn't get my full refund
-
I liked that it has plenty of space in the back truck parking area so my dog could run around There was no microwave in my room and walls were filthy and it was cockroach infested
-
Location Room wasn't clean. Comforter/sheets were stained. Tube was dirty. Found a roach on the wall.

Just a breakfast served period would have been better they had none at all That they had no breakfast
-
I had bed bugs in my bed so I couldn’t really sleep
-
They had roaches . Not a good experience ,especially after traveling 13 hours from where I’m originally from and couldn’t lay down and rest .
-
That it had a full kitchen When I arrived to check in, the man at the front desk tried to scan my ID. It wouldn't scan so the man just kept looking at me like it was my fault, then proceeded to tell me to clean my ID. Finally it scanned but if I would have traveled as far as I did and had to find another hotel last minute I would have been pissed!

Need I mention the shooting there both the day before my incident as well as another , with a man dying the day after. This place is already being investigated for several things and more than likely will be forced to shut down soon. The mgr should be in jail right along with his maintenance man who was charged with 1 count of aggravated kidnapping and 1 count of kidnapping .

It was a simple motel nothing special. There was tiny and big roaches all over my room also on bed. Sheets were dirty. Fridge didn’t work. There was no microwave in my room. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

There was no breakfast, but the location was close enough to good eating restaurants. The bottom part of the frig did not work. We had some spoiled food. The freezer was good. The coffee pot had coffee filters which looked like it had been there awhile.
