Will continue to stay here every time we return for Chemo at MD Anderson. Staff out standing!

Location was okay. Driveway entrance was kind of hidden. The hotel was a little ruin down. Needed some updating on the inside. I was glad we didn't need the sofa bed to sleep on. It was really in need of replacing, missing 2 legs and just looked very old and dingy. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night was disturbing as there was not a fire. Was glad I only had to stay one night.

On check in we asked for a ground floor room and Ci Ci the front desk agent on duty got us the room without any hesitation two words Great Service.

Staff very helpful.. it looked like they were remodeling so property was as tidy as it could get... I will say they need pest control on 3rd for a little maintenance

It’s okay hotel, clean It feels unsafe. Theres a lot of homeless people outside. Didn’t feel safe to be there or to leave my truck.

Roaches EVERYWHERE. Fire alarms nightly. Stayed for work for a few weeks, they’re gonna have to pay more because I’m not staying again.

Not a very good neighborhood. Homeless around area, no security on property, loud music from cars till late at night. However staff at desk was friendly.

The fact that the AC is so close to the bed head. The direction on the furniture should be rearranged. .
