Staff was very pleasant. My room smelled like someone was smoking previously, the shower was dirty and the AC didn’t work. Staff got me replaced to another room.

Small annoyance - Our room was out of shampoo and handsoap and nearly out of body wash. It was frustrating to discover there wasn't enough when we needed them. IMO housekeeping should have checked the levels and ensured there would be sufficient amount for our stay. Real concern/issue if you have a baby - I would recommend bringing your own pack-and-play or finding out whether these issues in this review have been addressed. The pack-and-play they brought us had a thick (maybe 8-10 inches?) mattress that was quite soft and not the correct size for the pack-and-play. There was a 4-6 inch gap between the mattress and the end of the pack-and-play; I tried to stuff it with a pillow, but my son still fell into the gap and got stuck in the crack along the side multiple times. I was concerned about his safety while sleeping, and didn't sleep well / ended up putting him in bed with me because he kept getting stuck and waking up crying.

Kept and well managed to support patients and family using the Houston Medical system. Free transport to/ from hospitals is amazing, drivers are incredibly cordial.

The shower floor was slippery the first night. The chairs on the patio need to be replaced.

You need to let folks know that you do not provide daily maid service and have to call down for towels- I expected better from a Hilton named property. We were informed AFTER our stay of these Hilton practices.

Breakfast wasn’t that great, very mid. & charges you extra for bacon. Areas is close to local bars, restaurants but that’s about it. Room was clean but ice machine was not working on the 7th floor and hard to get front desk on the phone

The whole facility was excellent

Only complaint was AC unit blowing right on our feet at the bed but it was 100 degrees outside so was still comfortable. Highly recommend for medical trips to MD Anderson.
