The room smelled like dog pee and mildew, the housekeeping staff were loud in the hallways, there was literally never anyone at the front desk when I called, there were dogs barking all hours of the day and night in people’s rooms, all but 1 elevator worked, they had these huge drying fans everywhere (hence the mildew smell), the room never got cooler than 75 even though it was set to 68. Would definitely not recommend

I didn’t get the handicap room that I booked and the room I had only had a shower. The bathroom door was also broken. The staff did what they could but the hotel was full.

We will never stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel to friends or family. I reserved and paid for a room weeks before my stay only to be told, during check in, that my room was given away. Who does that?! The front desk person tried her best to help us. She tried switching our reservation over to a king suite which idk how that would have worked for 5 ppl but the reservation wouldn't switch over. She found a double queen available but when we got to the room, it was a disaster. It was supposed to be listed as out of order. She eventually found us a double bed available but couldn't refund the difference because I paid in advance. Very disappointing. Never again.

Stayed in a suite. Loved the space but toilet did not flush first day then was a pain to use. Kitchen floor needed to be sweeped. Staff was great, breakfast was great.

Cold room, it was set at 64 degrees when I got there, but with the heat its understandable they have it that cold. Staff was great, they were able to give us the best way to get to NRG stadium to avoid parking fees for the World Cup. Buffet was simple, basic eggs and oatmeal, potatoes and cereal. But it was a good hotel really close to the stadium.

Great Service!

Both nights that I stayed there they had power outages. The first night the power went on and off all night and the second night it went out completely around 2 AM and didn't come back on before I checked out around 5 AM. Thankfully I had packed my bags before I went to bed and I did a sweep of all my belongings before I went to sleep. It was very hot in the room without A/C and it was so dark. The only light was from my cell phone flash light. I was not able to shower and I had to go without doing my hair and makeup. That would have been fine but I was headed to the airport and needed to look decent for the meeting I had when I landed so I was pulling myself together at the airport bathroom which was gross.

We had to move rooms twice. First room, we checked in, went to dinner and came back to everything in our room damp. The papers we needed for an appt., the bed linens, the sofa. The floor was wet. They had no more queen rooms available, so we moved to a queen with a couch. When we returned from the drs appointment on Thursday, the moved us to a queen room. The bathrooms are very small, NOT wheelchair friendly at all. Disappointed for the amount of money I had to pay. Would not stay here again

Staff, cleanliness & location. I found price and quality of dining not quite good.

It was also a major ordeal to get towels by calling the front desk. It took quite a long time and multiple phone calls. When we tried to go get them ourselves, they offered just one towel at a time. My daughter was sick in the middle of the night; my wife went to get ice from the ice machine, but it was out of order. Also, every time we came and left from the parking garage, the system never worked correctly. It required me to push the intercom button in order for us get in and out. And the pillows were about half the size of typical pillows and not overly comfortable. The overall shoddiness of the construction was

The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.
