I truly enjoyed myself at this hotel. I love the complementary shuttle to nearby locations. It was appreciated. The staff were very nice. The valet guys were on their jobs with wonderful escort service. I felt very special. Definitely my go to hotel whenever I am in Houston!

Nice hotel Good
-
Only valet parking. Very expensive. Would not stay there again just because of that.

Totally unacceptable to do this when I booked so far in advance. No excuses- this is wrong. They tried to make it right but it was a total pain for one of us to have to switch rooms after one night. How awkward. Talk about being stressed on vacation..;( Booked a massage and it was pretty bad as well. Otherwise the property is gorgeous except the pool that was just OK.

A 5 star experience! Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel. Very nicely designed and great staff!

It was clean. Didn’t like the fact they told me I couldn’t get a tub room. Love the valet parking. Hotel vibes makes you feel you are celebrity.

Wonderful hotel, the staff are courteous, and definitely clean.

The Hotel overall is just beautiful and it is definitely NOT a budget hotel. Saying that, we tend to expect a little more. Requested early check-in and still waited until 4:00 to check-in even though they stated that our room was ready just had not been inspected. Immediately changed and went to our event. At 11:45 pm, we returned to the hotel and got ready for bed. Turning down the sheets was a little disconcerting. The sheets were stained with mud or dirt or worse. They had been washed so we knew technically they were clean. We pulled up the top sheet over the fitted sheet and went to bed. I did report it to the hotel this morning and told them that those sheets should be trashed and replaced. This morning, we went for their breakfast buffet at $29.99 per person. The AC was out on the entire second floor, so the restaurant was so hot. Unfortunately, the food was so cold! The pancakes tasted as if they had been in the refrigerator. The cinnamon roll could not be cut with a knife it was so hard. Just so disappointing for such a price. One of our party refused to eat and was not charged. We have stayed there before and the facilities are beautiful! And the front desk staff is very nice. We may look elsewhere on our next trip to Houston.

This property was clean & well maintained. It was luxurious at a great price. The bed was very comfortable. There rooftop pool & lounge chairs were a great escape & enjoyable. Staff at the front desk were helpful & kind. I also used the spa for a massage which was great! Definitely would stay again.

Everything was really good I love it ? Including the location.

The hotel is very clean with very nice lobby, rooms and rooftop pool/bar. Food on site is good option. Small fare limited to lunch. It is on a side street of the medical district which makes it a very quiet spot. Very lenient allowing pets. Non refundable pet deposit but if you want to bring your beloved, its worth the money. Shuttle and valet came quickly when called. Very happy with our stay
