Everything was great at this hotel 10/10

Just don’t stay here, rude staff, dirty rooms, unreliable amenities
-
Worth every penny... very luxurious and relaxing. Will definitely return
-
Very friendly and helpful staff, great shuttle to MD Anderson, highly recommend this hotel!
-
Nice place, don't really care for the valet at $50 per day, and the boilers could be up graded expect a Luke warm shower in the morning and in the evening, pool was nice, drinks are $15-25 each at the bar. Nice room.
-
Amazing hotel luxury for a great price
-
it was amazing !
-
Only part that kinda stinks is the pool bar doesnt open until 4p on most days. It's earlier on Saturday. Nice view from rooftop outdoor pool.
-
Loved the room super clean and spacious, staff were super nice and very helpful , no noise complaint everything was just perfect
-
The room I booked was not available parking is 49$ a day. The shower didn’t work and they didn’t correct anything. Waste of money time and a birthday.

Most of the front desk staff doesn't wear name tags. I did not feel welcomed upon arriving. When I arrived at the hotel, the valet attendants helped the vehicle behind me before acknowledging me. Front desk clerk didn't greet me when I walked in. I was not told until the day after I checked in that I needed to have my valet ticket stamped by the front desk staff, so I wouldn't be overcharged for valet. I also was not told that the valet charge would be took out of the deposit until I tried to pay after checking out.

Great place

The pillowcases were dirty I had to request new ones. The hand towels hanging in the bathroom looked like because they weren’t taken down from the previous guest they weren’t changed by housekeeping because one was dirty. One of the night service desk staff was very unfriendly & wasn’t very helpful. I have always stayed in Hiltons but this was my first time in a Blossom & for as much money as it was & the amount of money valet costs it was totally not worth it. One of be ambient lights in the room kept flickering & going out & back on when it was on for more than an hour. There was toothpaste rings left on the bathroom sink counter.

The Blossom is one of my favorite hotels in Houston. The location is convenient and easy to find. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. You get a good night sleep with comfy beds and how quiet the hotel is. I will definitely stay again.

Really nice king suite rooms with high recessed ceilings and accent lighting. Wish parking was not valet only, but it was always a quick retrieval process.

We are in the medical center frequently and this hotel is so convenient and just love everything about it! It’s just beautiful! You feel like you’re on vacation instead of being there for medical reasons! I’m sure not everyone is there for these reasons! All amenities are amazing! You’ll love your stay here 1💯%

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We grabbed coffee and sandwiches from the breakfast bar, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooftop pool overlooking downtown Houston was absolutely AMAZING and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The hotel’s location was also perfect—we were within about 30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was having to pay for parking. I think parking should be included with your stay, especially considering the cost of the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and will happily book this hotel again the next time I’m in Houston!
