All around clean, nice, and professional staff.

What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Kepa, Brayan, Heidi, Pierre, the door and valet staff, and the hotel drivers for going above and beyond. Your welcoming demeanor and warm smiles made us feel right at home. Our Junior Suite on the 20th floor was located next to the stairwell, which was a bit noisy because the stairwell door would often slam as guests or staff came and went. I was also surprised with the amount of helicopter activity there is in this area. We always travel with a sound machine app, which helped, but the noise was still noticeable at night. Despite those minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. :::

Great hotel great location and great staff.

Staff was very accommodating with a late checkout and early check in, everything was comfortable. Food at the bar, pool, and breakfast were great!

Had a great stay for the World Cup. The Netherlands national team was here at the same time!!!

It just so happened that we stayed at the same time as the Portugal team but still felt helped and appreciated.

Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful. Great location. Clean. Best part of the trip was us being surprised that our hotel was a 2026 World Cup host. Fest for the teams was awesome. My son loved getting that close to the team players. Got several autographs.

The breakfast could be extended a little more, but I understand that they were on a special occasion but they do not make the guests feel welcome. I didn't like the treatment yesterday in the middle of the event they had, especially one of the managers who didn't allow us to get on the advisor and we had to go up the ramp. Only the people who received my suitcase and one of the waitresses were the only ones who served us well.

Everyone was welcoming and provided us with great information regarding transport around the city. The restaurant food was delicious and our room was incredibly clean. Absolutely would return.

Food is overpriced for what it is, we waited 45 minutes to an hour for each meal ordered, and the quality of the food did not match up to the price points.

I booked two Junior Suite rooms, but at check‑in we were told the Portugal national team was staying at the hotel and our Junior Suites were no longer available. We were downgraded to standard rooms without prior notice. The front desk agent, Alessandro, apologized and said we would receive complimentary parking, Club Lounge access, and a rate adjustment so we’d only pay the standard room rate. The next day, another agent confirmed the notes for parking and lounge access but said the rate adjustment still wasn’t applied, and no manager was available to speak with me. We also experienced hotel “lockdown” periods due to the team. After dinner on June 16, Houston PD blocked access to the hotel and valet. We were told no one could enter for about an hour, even as paying guests. At checkout, Debie and her manager Michael refused to honor the promised rate adjustment, saying parking and lounge access were the only compensation. The room itself was fine, but it was not the Junior Suite I booked, and the broken promises and disruptions left a very poor impression.

Everything was great. Only thing needed is a coffee maker in the lobby!!!!
