The valet staff is amazing!

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at while traveling. Beautiful decor and classy establishment.

On day two of our stay we were informed that due to pipe issues the water to the hotel had to be shut off. The water was shut off from approximately 11:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. During that time, staff suggested we go elsewhere to use amenities, eat etc. The manner in which it was communicated was via text and when asking front desk staff details, they pretty much were off standish about the whole situation. Once the water was back on we never got cold water. Both faucets were hot. We told the front desk staff this and he said “oh that’s weird” and did nothing more. I’ve stayed here several times over the years and it’s usually an amazing stay, I am unsure if we’ll stay again.

What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Kepa, Brayan, Heidi, Pierre, the door and valet staff, and the hotel drivers for going above and beyond. Your welcoming demeanor and warm smiles made us feel right at home. Our Junior Suite on the 20th floor was located next to the stairwell, which was a bit noisy because the stairwell door would often slam as guests or staff came and went. I was also surprised with the amount of helicopter activity there is in this area. We always travel with a sound machine app, which helped, but the noise was still noticeable at night. Despite those minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. :::

Great hotel great location and great staff.

Staff was very accommodating with a late checkout and early check in, everything was comfortable. Food at the bar, pool, and breakfast were great!
