Our original room had a very loud air conditioner, I asked the front desk (Antonio) if we could change rooms so I could get a good night's sleep. He happily took care of us within 5min. Great staff great stay

Antonio took care took care of us as well stepped in and was able to help me secure a room for the next day again with no questions asked when I asked can I stay? I Definitely appreciate them. You have some great staff members on your team I can appreciate it. Me and my husband had stay I can’t complain 10 out of 10. And especially the bartender that was by the pool. She is also amazing a really nice person. It’s amazing how people can make impacts in your life so thanks for the amazing hard work and dedication

When we got to the property we had no idea where to park. We drove around confused and I had to be dropped off to go inside and ask. They should include pre-arrival instructions on where to park. Parking was an additional $20 which was not disclosed until we got to the property for check-in. The lady at the front checked us in and we had to take an elevator back up to the parking garage, go back down through the lobby and then go up another elevator to our room. Shlepping all our stuff was terrible especially after a long car ride. We got to our room and it was a double room instead of the king I booked. I called the front desk, no answer. We had to take all our stuff back down to the lobby and the lady argued with me that I was mistaken, I showed her my reservation and she didn’t even apologize or anything. We definitely won’t be back here. The room was hot, even with the thermostat at 68 degrees. I will not stay here again.

Great experience

Late night check in; early morning departure for scheduled surgery. Served all of our needs. Not able to use any of the facilities / amenities, but I’m sure they were nice.
-
The place was quite and very close to the medical facility which we were going to early in the morning.

Doesn't look like much from the outside and has an unnoticeable front entrance. Yet, nice interior with the standard Hilton level amenities. Cafe is a plus. Parking is $20 a night in a very tight garage in need of power-washing and cleaning. Breakfast very over priced ($4 for toast). Double suite is very spacious and clean; two large TVs for families with couches. Beds are very soft but sink to middle and need replacing. Staff friendly.

Great location and helpful staff. Pool was great. I would return and stay there again.

I do not recommend this hotel. Parking garage is very tight, even for mid size SUVs. Went to order dinner from food counter and that took over 30 minutes. Bill was $56 for two food items and one drink. While sitting in the lobby waiting for the food, the ceiling was leaking and water dripped on my slacks. Something was wrong with the elevators mechanically as well.

The staff took extra care of all of our needs. Will definitely be returning.
-
Clean property and welcoming staff.
