Very conveniently located near Baylor St. Lukes hospital where my Mom is awaiting a lung transplant Everything was great except for front desk lady when I was checking out. Other than that great experience staying here.

How close it was to the hospital There was breakfast on the website but not at the hotel

outdated equipment from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Compare to other cheaper hotels this one had the worse amenities.

The Halls are hot, ac doesn't see to work room is too cold, rugs old and stained of course nothing in the room that can be used to cook with. kItchen appliances are old cracked. Staff is very nice and helpful

Enjoyed our stay. Not theblargest room but 3 of us moved without issue. No problem going back again.

Probably would never stay there again …loud barely working HVAC, limited tv options & breakfast was a basket of granola bars & muffins

Room had a stench bad..asked rep to change rooms, agreed to do so..next room smelled worse..just was a unpleasant experience, however we made it through.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pillows are extra thin and too soft, zero head support. Also, they advertised breakfast included but only offers a pre packed granola with coffee.

Lots of room, convenient location Odd odor Bought air fresheners to help.

The staff at this main stay was excellent!! Due to a fall and being a guest on her own, I ended up needing LOTS of help. I don’t ask for help lightly, so for the staff to recognize that I was struggling and insisting on me letting them help without asking, was a God send!!! There were about 5 different staff members who helped me at different times. They included a cleaning staff, maintenance staff, guest check-in person, along with 2 others whom I didn’t recognize their departments. Everyone went out of their way to provide help which prevented me from having to call an ambulance. Thank you all for going ABOVE & BEYOND!!!

Maintenance needs to be upgraded. Furniture had holes,cracks, and stains . Utilites need to be either upgraded or better cleaned . The shower knob and head was very wobbly Each level had a different strong odor . Staff was friendly was the only main positive .

Conveniently located close to mdanderson, rooms were spacious enough and clean. Bed was good. Front desk clerks were professional and polite. Check in was a breeze Bed could've been softer and a few cosmetic things. But excellent bang for your buck.
