Management accommodated my handicap after he did have an available first floor room.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much from this place but it blew me away with the renovations. For what they charge, the room easily could have been a 4star hotel. Staff was amazing, helpful and polite. I’m not sure about the chain, but THIS location is top tier! I’d definitely stay there again!

The A/C was set to 66 and kept cycling on and off all night, preventing restful sleep. Blankets were thin.

The room was clean and ample. The bed was fine. Bathroom area was large worth the restroom having a separate closed area. Shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, mouth wash, make up remover and toothbrushes available. 4 large towels plus hand towels. Microwave and fridge. AC was cool. Some traffic noise but does not disturb sleep. Clerk was very nice and I got an early check in.
