You have to remember to ask the front desk for room cleaning before 5pm each day for them to clean the next day. I requested and they didn’t come to clean. The resort fee mentioned that there will be bottle water provided but they said they no longer provided them anymore. Still you need to pay resort fee. The room smelled so bad and not sound proof at all. The whole building seems really old and needs more maintenance.

The front desk polite room was clean just took a while for the water to get warm in the shower

There was no way to regulate the temperature in the shower either war too hot or completely cold I had to take cold showers I let it run for 30 minutes and I was late for my appointment there was mold in the shower tile and Ceilings the bathroom cabinet was too old chip paint all over to make things worse the lobby and hallways were too hot no ac running at all and they had a leak in the hallway ceiling there was a door open look like a storage closet with a fan and a bucket were the leaking was

The room was very clean. The staff is always helpful and professional at this location. We have stayed here well over 20 times and it continues to be our choice when we are in Houston.

There was a big cockroach on my wall in my room…also the floor of the shower had a crack in it so brown stuff was coming out every time I stepped on it

Our room was smelling like a moisture intruded basement. The shower wasn't hot enough, the water pressure was bad. The carpets were dirty. Exhaust fan was very loud. No lighting in the room, only 2 old lamps, There was a cockroach in the bathroom sink one morning when we woke up. There were no box tissue, just an empty tissue cover. We ask front desk, they say they don't have it. Breakfast has only waffle, yogurt, cereal and toast. No hot water during the day, only ice water. The breakfast area TV was flickering, and hot in the breakfast area. Will never book here again!

Breakfast was poor

We were offered two rooms, one after the other, that had mold growing in them. We refused to accept the rooms as habitable and stayed at a different hotel. Management has not responded to phone calls and email in four days and has refused refund request.

What we liked was everything. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The shower had hot water. Would definitely stay there again.

Need to pay for Early check in

There was moldy under the ac unit. There was no towels. The hotel could not help me get a taxi/a ride to the airport.
