There was moldy under the ac unit. There was no towels. The hotel could not help me get a taxi/a ride to the airport.

The breakfast was nice except there should be more watchful staff because there is some disgusting people that were making awful messes and 1 person making 3 or 4 waffles at a time while im standing there waiting. When I was heading to the lobby to checkout there was some type of liquid all over the elevator floor that smelled like urine. I did take video of it and placed one of my room towels over it so nobody would hurt themselves and let the receptionist know about it immediately. Wednesday morning when I went out to the pool area the water was filthy, even plastic floating around in the pool and trash scattered all around. I actually picked up all the trash myself and placed it into an overflowing trash can that was in the pool area. But atleast the trash was off the ground. When I first checked in I asked was there a blow dryer and was told yes yet once I got to my room there was no blow dryer so had to call and do a "double check" directed by the receptionist and then leave my room to go and get a blow dryer. I was there at the hotel due to a family emergency and needing to be closeby the hospital ,HCA West On Richmond Ave. Other than that staff was great, there's just some things that need to be smoothed out and also needs better housekeeping. The room was full of dust too which gave me the ick. Cleanliness needs to be better.

I didn’t stay , they tried to charge me double and took money out of my account because they said check in was at 3pm but I booked my state at 8pm and they said I missed check in but it wasn’t 24 hours

The tv on my room is not working i have a baby and need the tv working in the room the entrence ligth not working i was told them and they just said they are busy they can do nothing 🙄 i left a day before the date my deposit supposed to be coming to my account yesterday and I don’t receive
