Springhill Suites Houston Westchase

Very clean, great staff, great location.

muy limpio

Staff is very nice. Water pressure dropped during shower is someone flushed the toilet, but came back within a second. Breakfast is just average.

Ok

Everything is in good condition, except for the air conditioning, which is not working well.

Close to Chinatown

The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also spacious and have the necessary amenities . There was a microwave and mini refrigerator which were very convenient The front and greeting area were clean and comfortable. The beds are pretty comfortable. I would suggest changing out the pillows for better comfort. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great service

I enjoy my stay..............

I like the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Exceptional

The mattress was uncomfortable.

Clean

Exceptional

Quiet place to have a good sleep. I have a very sensitive sense of smell; the place smells nice to me. Complimentary breakfast is above average. I give this place 4 stars!

Friendly staff and professional

Clean, bf was super healthy options

Good

We stayed here due to the proximity of the hospital across the street. My husband had to have a procedure done there. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Check-in was very fast upon entering the room. The room was clean. The only issues we had with this room was the coffee pot was dirty so I did not use it. There was also a drawer that was blocking the walkway because it would not stay shut. If it weren’t for those two things I would have given this five stars. I would definitely stay here at this property again.
