Room was clean, even though the cleaning crew missed a day. By the Freeway, so easy to get to and leave from. Staff was not friendly. Asked twice to get a wake-up call and twice I got a call one hour prior to the requested time (despite repeating clearly my request, especially the second time). Cleaning crew missed a day. Shampoo was just 2 little one-use pouches, and the soaps were branded from another hotel, which is strange.

Staff is available and helpful but not very friendly. At 11:01am expect them to gang bang on you to get out or extend…. They deal with trash people so I’m sure they’re expecting everyone booking there to be trash but I’m a business owner and good person just wanted a decent rate on a hotel and this place fit the bill… probably won’t go back but maybe. Bed was clean, didn’t see any bugs or filth.

Its quiet, the room was okay, there's alot of food in the area. They over charged me to extend for one extra night. Way more than what i paid on booking for one night, and i was told it was a "extension fee" that ive never heard of, an wasn't on the receipt. They just charge me what they wanted too.

They gave me one of the old outdated rooms next to the locals that actually live there. I felt profiled seeing all the nice rooms and nice cars on the other side.
