WoodSpring Suites Houston Westchase

This place needs to be shut down I woke up with red spots down my leg and the hallways smelled like raw sewage

The hotel is in remodeling state. Most of floor and wall are covered. It has strong smells of model and weed in the elevator. Don’t feel so sfae.

Bad service and terrible employee and cleanliness property

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Some areas under construction but we didn't hear any noise. Basic rooms.

Renovated rooms. We were initially given a room that appeared to be renovated and clean. Unfortunately, the key card would not work with the door’s keypad, and the receptionist was able to open it with the the master key. We were then moved to another room, but this one was not as clean as the first and couldn’t speak to the front desk because it was closed by the time we returned. We encountered a few cockroaches, and the restroom walls near the sink and microwave area were noticeably dirty. Also there’s a no smoking area and we could smell the use of cigarettes throughout the hotel.

The place is going through a remodeling phase but unfortunately it looked like a shelter place.

The hotel is going through remodeling and the staff never came to clean my room.

The outside and location Hot, under construction, A.C wasn’t good, channels on the T.V were horrible, bed was hard and uncomfortable

My room smelled like smoke. Had hallway under construction but that's expected with change . But my stay was good and I will stay again.

Nothing no coffee pot no shampoo bed make noise just dirty Everything

Good location in city. Staff was very rude. The manager (Vola) made it seem like she didn’t want to work and didn’t care if her employees had the same attitude. They didn’t have hot water for 2 days. When I asked if I www going to be accommodated Vola said no all she cared about was her contractors renovating her facility.

I did not stay here no rooms were available

The shower is covered and not much water came out.

Elevator worked surprisingly . The staff at the front were rude and also cut our stay short due to there being a “fire” and didn’t issue a refund .

DO NOT STAY HERE, they wouldn’t let us check in

Nothing I got sick after living one night!
