There were cockroaches everywhere . A staff member tried coming into my unit at 4 am. I was accosted on my last day in the parking lot. Wifi wasn't working and the TV wasn't reliable . No extra pillows or blankets or towels . I had asked to have my room cleaned and NEVER was done I had paid and stayed for 3 weeks with nothing but issues. It smelled of smoke and mildew throughout the whole place . Really outdated and dilapidated. Do not stay here EVER !!

It's Comfortable & Convenient, The Rooms Are Spacious The Staff Are Great I Love Ms.Shawn I Wish I Could Stay Longer But They Are Converting Over to Apartment Homes Which Is a Great Deal Also Check Them Out Over Charging, I Was Charged Their Regular Rate at $69 When It Should Have Been $49 After Booking Online

I never arrived to complete my booking bk my card was charged for this date numerous of times that day due to me trying to book a room and as so I was being told my card did not go through so i made a few attempts that day.but when I complained about wanting a refund I was told that I could not recieve such because the deposit was explained throught out the BBB ooking and my booking dates were non refundable was basically how it was told to me. I felt like my money was being stolen from me and I could not do anything about it

I did not like that booking.com said my check in was at 3pm, but the hotel made me wait until 4pm or pay an extra $25

It was located by the highway No remote for television, no chair in the room for desk , covers had a burn hole , parts missing in bathroom, no extra blankets available.

The systems were down when I arrived and would not provide me with a room. Went the next day and was told the system was still down. It was a horrible experience to locate another hotel at the last minute.

There was nothing to be desired of this place. From the staff to property itself was very undesirable. The property is nothing as it is advertised. My initial room the phone didn't work neither did the toilet, so I was placed in a different room where again the phone didn't work as well as the microwave. So the maintenance man brought a microwave to the room and set it on the counter. Every phone in both rooms never worked. Not to mention that the rooms simply come with sheets no comforter or cover to the beds. This property was ACTUALLY the worst stay of any that I've had in the past 8 years of any stays whether through Booking dot com or Air BnB.

The apartments were clean The rooms are super small

N/A We reserved here and had to cancel because the hotel was having system issues, luckily i made a call to them about late check in times and that’s when i was told our reservations had been cancelled. The hotel would have let us make 2+ hour drive with no where to stay and that would have been terrible

The staff, especially James were extremely helpful. Everything else but the staff.

Was very rude The system was done So can’t not stay At all , they didn’t call o email you To let you know the problem, the receptionist didn’t ask us to help to looking for another hotel, all he said was get in contact with booking. They can help you … I was very upset I don’t recommend this place to stay at all.

Nothing Was turned away at the counter. System was down for 3 days I was told. I NEVER got a phone call or email about any of this. Had to find a room double the price. I will NEVER book with them again! I may not get my refund either

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! this place is horrible the televisions do not work at all it smells stale people live in there the sun coming up so i could get the heck out of there

The male that helped me was very rude and I would never let such a racist work at a hotel

Quite The checkin is wrong on the site they would let me check in at 3. The tv did not work so couldn’t watch tv and no usb ports at all. I had one pillow on my bed and a sheet as my cover. They didn’t have extra clean towels to switch out everytime I went down.. it was a horrible stay

Nothing was likable about this property. Everything! False advertisement for sure

The layout of room is great. The lobby is clean and smells fresh and inviting. The second floor hallways were clean and looked to be new carpet. No cable tv in rooms. Microwave did not work. Broken drawers in kitchen. Unfinished makeready in room. Battery in room door needed to be replaced causing me to wait outside over an hour for maintenance to fix it. Had to clean my own toilet seat with bleach. There were dirty urine left in crevasses on toilet. Shower head needs cleaning or replaced. It makes loud noises while in use and is to hard and shoots everywhere. Dirty walls in room. Bathroom sink stopper is broken. Internet times out after 10 minutes of use and is slow. Did not feel welcomed as a guest. I was always rushed to pay by 10:30 in the morning even though we have until 11am according to hotel and 12 noon according to booking.com.

Everything was Great and the Staff were very Nice and Clean Rooms
