Pulled up to the parking lot and this place was a dump. I didn't even feel safe to get off my car. I ened booking another hotel. It said 8 stars so that's why I booked it. But it looked like 1 star. Very disappointed

The shower had mold growing on ghe ceiling. The a/c unit had mold in the vents. The looks online are NOTHING like what the property looks like. I went to return the key knowing they had a NO REFUND POLICY, we had only been there 5 minutes, and the front clerk acted like he didn't care we were leaving No questions no concerns. Terrible

Franchement pour le prix et l’accessibilité ok mais la chambre y’a des cafards et c’est pas propre de fou le lit ça va c’est propre mais canapé baignoire c’est sale un peu après pour le prix voilà quoi faut fermer les yeux et ça va lol

Room, Towels, Floor, Walls, Sheets were dirty. Killed about 3 roaches and one was smashed on the wall already. Do not recommend. No remote for the tv. Has a foul odor
