Sleep Inn & Suites Bush Intercontinental - IAH East

The building smell smooshy and the breakfast has nothing to eat and tiny cup for coffee, but the front desk staff are friendly. I would not come to stay there again.

Location The roach infested room, no elevator working for my 70yr old friend & the a/c not cooling.

Everything was good The only thing I didn't like was the poo and elevatorl was not working

Airport shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Once we reach, they tell us the elevators are not working. Our room was on the third floor and we had a lot of baggage. The toilet was clogged for our whole stay. We had to use the toilet in another room. The included breakfast was substandard. Overall, the stay was very underwhelming.

The continental breakfast was pathetic. Only toast or corn flakes. Poorest Sleep Inn experience we've had.

location and room size. Elevator and wifi was not working throughout the stay. We find it really difficult to stay at 3 floor due to Elevator issue.

Carpet and rooms smell like mold carpet not clean elevator broke over two days staff stated unsure when it will get fixed place need a remodel deep clean not normal cleaning just to sell rooms awful and pathetic to keep selling to people traveling in a unclean conditions without investing in cleaning this hotel is old and dated needs improvement capitalism at it worst

Elevators were not working 90% of the time. This is an issue for a person who has difficulty with stairs. We were not provided bedding for our pull out couch and they said they didn't have any. Ended up giving us 2 sheets, a pillow case and a stained pillow. Breakfast was terrible. Only cereal and toast. No fruit. No yogurt.

Airport shuttle driver drop me off at the wrong terminal. Even though I told him I was going to American Airlines he drop me off at terminal C where United Airlines and I had to use the train to Terminal A, train broke down for couple of minutes before we continued. Got to terminal A and I had missed my original flight. It was not a pleasure experience. The shuttle drivers should not mess up people like that.

Perfect spot and we were able to leave car there for our trip! Shuttle picked us up after at airport too

1. Started when I tried to request linen for the pull out sofa. The phone in the room to call the front desk did not work. Went downstairs and the front desk agent initially said they didnt even have pull out sofas and then said he would need to ask his manager. Hours go by so I went back and was given a blanket, sheet and one pillow and was told they didnt have another pillow in the whole hotel they could offer. 2. Later we discovered a dead bug on the wall that was never cleaned and then we noticed a lot of live bugs/roaches everywhere. 3. The A/C in the hall wasnt working. 4. Finally we went to request our shuttle to the airport and was told they can only request shuttles within a certain time frame. That information was not given at check-in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We reserved 5 rooms as a group each with a sofa bed. None of the rooms had bedding for the sofa bed. One room had cockroaches. We were not able to use the shuttle in the morning because it had to be reserved the night before.

It’s easier to stay there, leave your vehicle and then be picked by the shuttle

Very pleasant stay and pleasing scent inside

Close to the airport with limited 24 hour shuttle. AC worked well. Carpet in the room was in poor condition. Breakfast was very limited-nothing that worked well for grab-n-go if you had an early flight. Shuttle to airport only accommodates 6 people every 30 minutes so be aware of this if you need a ride to the airport. Staff was friendly.
