Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bush Intl Airport

This was one of the worst rooms I have ever been in. It was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioner was not even turned on in the room. A hotel knows when guests are booked and should accommodate for the hot weather and turn the air on in the rooms that are to be occupied. One bed had two large burn holes in the comforter (it was a non-smoking room), and the other comforter had actual food and grease stains when pulled back. It was so bad that I did not even stay there. I am in shock that this hotel has anyone stay. It is run down and certainly not welcoming. The front desk help was temporary and was not able to assist at all when I requested a refund because we were not staying there. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Nice room. Good water pressure in the shower. AC works well. Didn't go well for the morning shuttle but I Chalk it up to bad luck. I will be coming back for my next trips for sure.

Room walls are very thin. Did not sleep as we spent the night listening to the prostitute in the next room . Checked in at 11pm and had to leave at 4:45am for an early morning flight.

The staff was horrible rude and lied about shuttle if your staying here don’t if you need to be at the airport at a certain time they use a third party and it’s only every hour bed are hard feels like your laying on a box with sheets

We booked the hotel because of flight cancelation. Location is close to the IAH airport. . Shuttles were canceled due to winter storm.

Good location close to the airport. Shuttle service. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a little old but with all the amenities expected . Comfortable bed and with iron machine and TV . Bathroom with the shower very old and with malfunctioning.

The couple running the place were very nice. I liked the free airport shuttle with a friendly driver. The hotel seemed older but maybe recently updated with paint and flooring and fixtures. The price was good at around $78/night. Hotel smelled weird overall, not particularly bad, just had that "old' smell. The windows had a lot of condensation due to the storm and made the entire windowsill wet. The walls are very thin and I coild hear my neighbors TV and talking. Beds are decent, pillows could be updated. TV is small but has a decent channel selection.

There was a shuttle to and from the airport. I thought I read about a breakfast. There was none. The woman who answered the phone was not only not friendly, she was rude. They supplied ONE packet of coffee for 2 people. I phoned and asked for more. She was rude and the coffee never did come.

The room was spotless and the check-in and check-out were quick and easy to complete. The shuttle service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything necessary for a good night sleep.
