The room was clean and the staff was super good at all times. Very kind. Breakfast was good, it was complete. Parking it is a little bit difficult in the area but they have valet parking.

Cleanliness

Stayed here for a concert at The House of Blues. It was about a 10 minute walk which was great so we didn’t have to uber. I loved that the room was very clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great also. No complaints.

The room was clean and tidy. The check-in process was quick. The only confusing thing is that there are 3 hotels in one building and it was difficult finding the correct hotel. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Waze had difficulty with location from address, street level marking are challenging. you can enter through any of the entrances and move through various Marriott hotel lobbies to reach this one.

The elevator keeps getting stuck and won’t go up or down

It was close to our event. It was modern, cozy but pool should have been on a higher level.

The room was super hot I left my room at 1 am to drive back to San Antonio because the room was so hot & the bed SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE ! Will not be booking with them again DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY !
