In houston there is a lot of options about hotel; but this one is one of my favorites for spend the night after a long drivingt trip. Very clean, locationif you are looking for something close to any road and the price is very fair Very satisfying with everything

Clean and nice staff

The staff were respectful. I’m a non-smoker with asthma. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. My lungs were inflamed the whole night from the smell of cigarettes the room had absorbed and the room next door seemed to be smoking throughout the night. There were doors in between the adjoining rooms. Mine was open and couldn’t be locked. As a woman traveling alone, I was scared for what could potentially happen. I barricaded the door with my heavy luggage and couldn’t sleep. My neighbors next door in the adjoining room had their tv on high, were laughing, talking and having a great time all night long. The sheets did not look clean so slept with all my day clothes on, on top of the bed at the bottom corner after laying towels from the bathroom on it. I absolutely hated it and would not recommend it at all. I am an international traveler and thought the U.S. would not advertise horrible places like this to the inexperienced tourists in their country. Boy was I wrong.

Staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not give us the room we book. Toilet did not flush well. Just terrible and would not stay here again!

Rooms and facilities were well put. Definitely a comfortable stay for resting. Decent convenient location. Property advertises amenities such as pool and laundry but neither were accessible during my stay.

The refrigerator was out in the room and I lost all of my perishable items milk meat cheese ice cream that I had for my kids the hotel would not replace the items and she said that her management was on vacation and she cannot contact them

Disappointed, was told they clean the rooms on second day. Well, they put in fresh towels, but did not change sheets or clean the room. When I advised them, got the look like I was being a bother. The bedspread and blanket had burn holes .
