Super 8 by Wyndham Houston/Brookhollow NW

Air conditioning was not working when told staff to move us to different room they were rude talk very rudely will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was infested with roaches. Woke up to one in bed with me, went down to the office and the man at the desk didn’t understand me. I slept in my car the remainder of the night and then when someone else was at the front desk they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it.

Great value, staff was great Arti front desk was excellent!! Very clean, everything worked. Absolutely no complaints! Worth a stay..

Staff not very helpful. The TV had a welcome pop up screen I wasn't able to get rid of, so I called anf they hung up on me. So I walked there and the solution they gave did not workef either, the next day I went there and finslly they gave a new remote and iit workef.

NOTHING!! I didn't like anything. As soon as I arrived all 3 emplyes was very rude time I walked thru the door. Get to my room finally and they done rented it for a hour previously before I got there terrible. Go down to the office to exchange rooms well the 3rd employee started arguing with Ted h me refunded my money and called the cops and lied to them. Long story short DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. THERE CRAZY PEOPLE.

The owner is nice once he saved my parking spot.

Staff was really helpful. We needed another key, they helped us no problem. They made change for us so we could use the laundry facility. Sheets had some stains, tho. Holes in the curtains. My room could have been cleaner.

Receptionist was unfriendly

The location was close to the station The staff was sooooo rude, The announcement was saying it's included breakfast and when I asked him. He started to shout at me saying that I am arguing and when I showed him my booking instead of apologizing for me, he said in a rude tone *bring your keys and I will refund you the money * while if he was calm and diplomatic , I'd accept the mistake happening by the advertisement but his bad attitude let me leave the hotel with three kids at night. Moreover, there was no laundry soap to buy from the reception they will ask you to go outside far place to buy. Pls hire normal and nice people.

The internet was pretty slow and the complementary breakfast was a few granola bars and when I put the half and half in my coffee it curdled making me think it was pretty old

The location was convenient and easy to access. The room was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable for a short trip.
