My television does not work along with the phone. The room was not clean. In fact, I had to mop the floor which turned my mop nearly black. Then I am being charged a daily fee for having a dog despite the FACT the room was dirty when I checked in with orange and brown stuff covering the walls, an a/c unit filters were black with mold. The door to the room does not close properly and the sheets in the room were dirty and no mattress cover on the mattress. Hopefully it does not have bed bugs!!

The looks of this hotel are deceiving . Our first room the air did not work so they moved us to another room the second room smelled musty and it in fact had bed bugs . They moved us to a third room and it was okay . They need to have more breakfast options .

Front desk is useless. They will tell ppl what room you are in without your permission. The room was filthy. Found a dirty towel hanging in the shower. I had to connect the TV because the front desk did nothing when I complained about TV not working. Homeless ppl on property along with prostitution going on

Crack beads every were suspicious activity for two hours I sat there for booking to give me credit I never received It’s was ghetto

This property looks nice when u check in. The guy at the front desk wasn’t nice or personable. The room was horrible. The towels were dingy. The bed has dirt/crumbs in it.

Clean. Comfortable. Toilet leaked into the floor. No microwave in the room. Guy at check in was rude. They tried to charge me an additional (refundable) deposit for damages upon check in (undisclosed in the pre-paid booking).
