The room was disgustingly dirty. A used towel in the bathroom and blood on the beds as well as cockroaches on the floor. Two of our party had their room doors left wide open all day after the cleaner had been in, I'm not sure how this hotel has got a fairly decent rating as it was one of, if not the worst place I've ever stayed

Bug in the shower and dirty sheets.

Not clean,broken bath and sink,insects running about and worst of all my door was left open by the person who maid up my bed (I won’t say cleaners)

Just more secured door because some insects came inside the room from the rain

Breakfast is fine, but other services are average.

breakfast was underwhelming. Room did have a cigarette musky smell. Lots of sketchy activity going on around the property. Saw more than a few things that encouraged me not to leave my room later in the evening.

There were roaches, spiders, stained linens, no lamps, no coffee, no shampoo or conditioner. We were initially sent to a room that wasn't made ready it was a terrible experience. AND. They wanted a deposit for my service dog. Do not use this hotel.

nothing i reserved a two bed, and had to go back to check out asking for a two bed and he said he would give it to me for free even though i didn’t ask for it like he was doing me a service that i already reserved. walked in, dead cockroaches everywhere. since i couldn’t get a refund, i stayed the night. woke up to bedbugs.

It was a great area room was nice There was roaches and it wasn’t clean there was eyelashes and cigarettes from previous people

Place and location is okay. It's old and the toilet wasn't working properly.

There was no sofa bed it was just a couch

Needs elevater to transfer luggage upstairs

Just not comfortable with no kitchen I am from Webster and didn't like being so far away

Never again Nothing

I am open to staying at 2 star "Hotels" as long as they are clean. All I am usually looking for is a place to lay my head, unless I am with my wife. This motel looked pretty run down on the outside. The reviews weren't really honest about this place. There is highway noise, which I'm ok with, but a lot of noise coming from the other guests. Very inconsiderate people, who would be very loud throughout the night. People would also smoke outside your door. I had to keep the bathroom lights on as there were a few sightings of baby roaches. There was a huge gap between the bottom of the door, and there was light coming from the side of the door. The air conditioner was a positive as it worked well. The hot water was also very good. I did go to the lobby once, for the free breakfast. They only offered a few items. I don't complain about the food, as this hotel is a cheap place to stay. The guy, at the front desk, was very nice. I only booked it as there were some good reviews and it was listed as 2.5 stars. Again, I feel bad about this review, but if you want to sleep, this place is not for you. 1.5 stars on a good day. It is close to supermarkets, walgreens and restaurants.

Courteous staff. Easy to reserve rooms.

Rude staffing Dirty sheets Was told to take sheets off bed and bring them down to the front for new ones.

Clean room, friendly staff, and had the necessities I needed - fridge, toiletries, good WiFi internet.
