I had my wife to come from out of town to get here and they gave our room to someone else she had leg hurting and I booked her a jacuzzi room to find out once we arrive they gave to someone else very not concerned about the situation because they only wanted the money not the responsibility of giving room to another guest when my room was already paid for ;; they gave me $60 back but that still does not comfort my wife leg that was to be soaking in the jacuzzi bath I really hope they could resolve this problem I always get the jacuzzi room:
