Elevator not working, free breakfast not really breakfast it was snack time no eggs no bread no milk no bacon.

Nothing Elevator was broken, towels were not available when needed, washing machines weren’t working without an app, the outside was full of what looked like abandoned cars covered in webs and dog poop… The list can go on those are just the ones off the top of my head

Stayed for Surf City 10. Huntington pier is a decent 15 min drive from here. The say was fine. AC is cold, charger port by bed. Elevator didn’t work so couldn’t give 5 stars for overall maintenance. Rooms were fine. Room extras like hand soaps, bath soaps were the bare minimum though (little bars, no body wash). Bring own toiletries. Bring ur own paper towels, utensils etc to take full advantage of the kitchenette.

I like how it was fast to check in The elevators were down. They have been down for awhile I heard. So that sucks. Imagine being disabled or can't even lift your luggage.

The elevator broken. Smelled like dog or cat urine. Old rooms. Dirty overall. Breakfast is literally coffee and bagged muffins. Lots of long term folks that are sketchy. Overall. Not worth the money. Not even close.

Great stay sucks it didn't have a pool

The location The elevator was out and we had to use the stairwell that smelled like a urinal. Our room smelled like dog vomit that had been sprayed profusely with air freshener. We opened our windows and bought a fan to try to air out the smell and made multiple complaints to the front desk and to Booking and never received any support. We checked out a day early and will never stay at Extended Stay again.

I was disappointed; the hotel in California lacked shampoo and body wash, and the elevator was broken. The hotel felt damp and the air was very stuffy, though the staff were very polite.

No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the rooms and front desk had none , any thing advertised was not there

Our room was nice enough but the bed was awful. It had a sheet with another top sheet that was supposed to be the comforter blanket. The sheet kept coming off of the bed at night and we couldn’t get comfortable because we were covering up with just sheets. Just very odd. Pillows were very fluffy and not great. Did not sleep well.

We were in the room for 5 minutes and my wife couldn't breath so we left, turned in our keys asked for a refund and left. The carpets were moldy spelling, and triggered her asthma.

Friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. The hotel has clearly seen better days as all the furniture is quite worn down (chips, cracks, etc) and the hallways have many stains. Some of this may be the norm for a pet friendly hotel. Bigger issue was the common areas being quite dirty (side entrances), multiple signs of breakdowns (elevator, side entrance card swipes etc) and some pretty sketchy folks lurking around the parking lot (including somebody leaving a note on my husband’s car that was a shakedown for money). Just felt uneasy so we only stayed 1/2 nights.
