It was clean and staff is helpful.

My husband and I paid $400 for a "suite" that wasn't anything relaxing or comfortable to stay in. The bathroom had old dead bugs on the ceiling, along with one tiny bar of cheap soap for bathing. No conditioner or shampoo. Towels were old, too. The bed was not comfortable. No box spring, and the sheets were stiff! You have to ask for new sheets and new towels because the staff does the bare minimum. The TV (32 inch) and furniture were from the 90's... the kitchen was dirty too. The pictures online are deceiving when booking, but the reality is you're getting a 2 star stay. If you would like any sort of breakfast or coffee you'd better get up between the hours of 6am-9am...absolutely ridiculous! If you need assistance or to talk to somebody at the front, good luck. They take thirty minute breaks, every hour. Overall, would not recommend for how expensive it was. Very disappointing!

Because this is a pet friendly hotel there is no carpet on the room floors it is hard surface only. I didn't mind it because I got a nice quiet room

The house keeping was not so good! The bath room has strong odor. The refrigerator needs cleaning.

My room floor was so sticky, my socks stuck to floor. One reason I booked was because property stated "breakfast included". Coffee and muffins were provided. Very sketchy permanent tenants reside there as well. Not recommended for any family.

I would avoid this hotel. This is a bare minimum basic hotel which wouldn't be bad if it was clean. We stayed for 10 nights and they did not clean the room the whole time. They claim they are short staffed and told us we can bring used towels and beddings to the front desk and they can give us clean supplies. I didn't want to have to change the sheets but I didn't want to keep using dirty beddings either. When I did change the sheets the mattress cover had a lot of stains that just grossed me out. This has to be the worst hotel we ever stayed and won't be coming back.

The property was in a good location, not too far from the beach, the staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. I also appreciated that it was pet friendly & our was very clean!

We didn't had acess to any of kitchen dishes front desk said they run out not sure how but we couldn't use any. And that's why we got this place to use the kitchen.

The location is excellent, close to Huntington Beach and other local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was reliable, and the parking was ample and convenient.

Right after I informed a cleaning lady who knocked on my door, I received a phone call from the lady in the front who told me I would be fined if I wasn't out by check out time. Her form of Western hospitality I suppose.
