Need to have breakfast and more ice for hot weather

Me .. wasn’t in the room much there for an event but probably spend the extra cash to upgrade for nicer room .. in n out was another plus being next door to motel.

This place is terrible. Paid for a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. They didn’t help with a refund and there were no actual workers there.

Second floor was not it.

Remote staff workers were awesome everything else was terrible.

Neighborhood was less than desirable, but hotel was clean and room was nice.

Both ice machines were broken… told us our rooms would be ready in 30 minutes and ended up being almost 2 hours. Had to change rooms cause there were cigarette burns on the tables as if people put them out there. Smelled like mold and dog urine in both rooms. Had to have the beddings changed twice cause every blanket had stains or burn holes in them. Couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool it was so dirty.

This place was so dirty! Our room had super filthy floors and our bedsheet had a burn hole from a cigarette. There was a swastika engraved on the chair… it was insane how nasty this place was. I didn’t even complete my stay. I packed my things and left. The area is super sketchy too! The police, specifically the homeless tactical unit was patrolling the area.

Dirty bed sheet and pillows. Bed bugs, cockroaches. Broken air-con.

Room smelled of smoke even though a non smoking room was requested. Furniture was old, dirty and chipped. Floors were dirty and cracked. Bathroom was not clean and well maintained. Checked out almost as soon as we arrived. Spoke to an Indian gentleman through a virtual kiosk in the office due to no staff onsite, was no help as could or would not offer a refund nor did he check us out. Tried calling the office the next morning, no one answered. Now have to deal with card company to obtain refund. Never going back to this property nor recommending to anyone especially with kids as it’s in a bad neighborhood as well. Beware.

You get what you pay for. Pool was murky, homeless in the parking lot. Crappy parking, holes on the blankets.

I’ve stayed at different motel 6 and this one has been the worst stay. The motel was next to construction which blocked some of the parking. The property itself was dirty. There were spider webs around the stairs and the room windows. The office is small but it seems like that’s the only room they keep clean. I booked this place because I was on a budget but if I knew what I know now, I would have spent the extra money to stay elsewhere. I requested a non-smoking room but ended up getting a room PENETRATED with cigarette smoke. The restroom itself smelled like urine. My partner and I couldn’t stand the smell so we checked out at 4am and decided to book elsewhere. We really tired to give it the benefit of the doubt but my poor lungs couldn’t handle it any longer. Please avoid this place if you have children or pets!

Booked a room for myself and 2 children last minute with very low expectations to be honest. What I got was a nightmare. Arrive and office is closed. Apparently closed 10pm to 6am and you have to use a remote machine that doesn’t work half the time to talk to someone in a different country that you can barely understand. 2 couple in front of us have the same issue and are told the only rooms left are smoking which is unacceptable for us when you have a child with asthma of course. So it gets to being after midnight and no resolution. I’ll keep it short but shame on this website for allowing this place to even be on its platform. And shame on this website for not making this right and finding us a place to stay as it was impossible for that nights stay after midnights. Completely unacceptable and it’s clearly a routine issue if 3 of us standing in line had the same issue. I get things happen but trust me….RUN away! Don’t walk. RUN! I’d rather pitch a tent or sleep in a car.

Room was full of roaches and we try to call front desk we got no answer broken door

The front desk was rude and not helpful at all. He even canceled my brother booking on 6/30/26. Really bad customer service I don’t recommend it at all.

A few roaches in rooms, the shower was clogged, the ceilings has water damage, ice machine barely works, rooms are clean however the floors stay wet if the shower is too hot free coffee and tea can’t use the microwave before 10am
