Never have been to a hotel that didn’t have a vending machine in order to get water after a festival. The bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! Hot tub and phone both didn’t work. And the shower is small but doable. If you are using it to shower and sleep then it works great.

Great hotel for the price. The facilities are very clean, the breakfast is good, and I would definitely stay there again with my family.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The room was clean and they would take out the trash every day and gave us towels.

The customer service desk were really helpful. free parking and free breakfast was an added bonus

Clean room, Breakfast. Quiet

From the moment we reached our room, the experience went downhill. • Leaking A/C: A bucket was sitting outside our door collecting water dripping from the A/C. Not exactly a great first impression. • Disgusting Bathroom: The sink faucet was covered in a white powdery residue. When I wiped it off with a tissue, I found hair stuck around the faucet that housekeeping had completely missed. • Poor Housekeeping: Dust had built up in the corners of the room because it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. • Stained Bedding: The comforter had visible stains. • Run-Down Amenities: The ironing board cover was stained, worn out, and should have been replaced long ago. I canceled our second night and spoke with management. They offered to re-clean the room, but that missed the point. A room should be clean before a guest checks in, not after the guest has to point out everything that was overlooked. I still paid nearly $200 for one night, and there is absolutely no excuse for renting out rooms in this condition.

Our stay was nice, location is clean and staff is helpful.

We had a little trouble with the key card, but that was about it. Breakfast was good.

The stay was very straightforward and service was direct.

We checked into the hotel and upon going to our room spotted to be what appeared to be blood in the hallway and then found what appeared to be blood stains in the carpet of our room. Also was a homeless camp adjacent to the hotel which was a major concern. Staff were helpful and refunded our payment immediately. This hotel needs to get it together!!!

I liked the area around the hotel but I didn’t like the noise of the second floor.

Was clean and breakfast was decent. There is not a large hotel selection in the area but it is an older hotel that is well maintained

My son got itchy after being in the room. I see dogs are allowed so I believe there were fleas. Even one is upsetting. The young ladies that cleaned our room were excellent!

It was nice to have a free breakfast and free parking. Room was clean. Definitely an older property showing it's age. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Pool was a big draw to picking this property, but was not inviting enough to draw even my 10 year old into.
