Was clean and breakfast was decent. There is not a large hotel selection in the area but it is an older hotel that is well maintained

My son got itchy after being in the room. I see dogs are allowed so I believe there were fleas. Even one is upsetting. The young ladies that cleaned our room were excellent!

It was nice to have a free breakfast and free parking. Room was clean. Definitely an older property showing it's age. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Pool was a big draw to picking this property, but was not inviting enough to draw even my 10 year old into.

A friendly staff, clean as it could be, old and mismatched furniture, very noisy (street cars, people walking by, walking from above). A basic experience, but that was what I paid for.

Our room was very clean however when we first walked into the room, the first thing we noticed was a torn Curtin and the drapes were not properly fastened to the top of the rod. First impression, Just gave us an unkept/neglected feeling. Otherwise the room was acceptable. Breakfast was excellent and the lady who organized the area was also very good and kept the area immaculate. We appreciate all her special care. Thank you! Just didn't like the appearance of our room with the torn Curtin and falling down drape. As I mentioned, it gave us an unkept, unattended feeling of the room.

Pretty good value for the price. The room was clean and was serviced daily. We had events in Cypress, Seal Beach and Long Beach; this location was convenient to all of them. Like most older buildings, there was a fair amount of road/traffic noise.

This was the first time they did not meet our needs. We were there a week. They never refreshed the towels or toilet paper nor did they come item make. Beds.

Breakfast was okay; beds were comfortable, A/C worked fine. coffee was too strong, and I didn't like having to log back on to the Wi-Fi each time we returned to the hotel and having to watch the same 30-second Ad each time.

Clean rooms helpful front desk on cking in early coffee was way too strong

The front desk receptionist was not friendly. The rooms were dusty and the blow dryer did not even work.

Room was nicely appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The AC kept the room cool throughout the night. An added bonus - a light breakfast was offered to help travelers start their day well fed. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.
