Best Western Palm Garden Inn

Now for the positives.:. The breakfast was pretty decent for the type of hotel. . The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. We loved them!! The pool area was really nice. It was well lit and We felt safe in the location. Parking was free and easily accessible. All in all, for ME personally, if it wasn’t for how uncomfortable I was in bed, I would definitely stay again for my reason for being in Cali.

Breakfast is not that good.

The reception is not open 24 hours. Closed at 11pm and only opens at 7am creating the impression that the area is not safe The staff lacks the knowledge of good customer service in the hospitality business There is a $150 deposit required when the room has already been prepaid before check-in for a one-night stay. This hotel definitely NOT recommended when your final destination is Disneyland in Anaheim

My room had a floor all scratched up and looked pretty bad but was clean. I lost time as the computer was down and couldn't check in until 10 pm. I asked for an extra hour for checkout so they did let me though. No decaf pods for in room coffee as they don't have them so had to go downstairs.

The RR light and over the sink light were on a motion sensor. Kinda annoying when the lights turned off just because I didn’t move for a min. But other than that my stay was great

Nice staff and clean place with decent breakfast but older hotel with chipped and cracked floors and a few stains on towels but not bad for the money. Helpful staff and pretty good breakfast with easy check in and checkout.

We had the room with hot tub it was so cool and morning breakfast was also good Iam going to go back the neighborhood was also good we walked and meet all kinds of nice people

The pillows smelted of smoke. The pillows really should be replaced.

The photos and the hotel were not the same. The rooms smelled, as soon as I walked through the door, there was a big spider inside. A very bad hotel

The staff are very friendly, and the happy hour specials are great.

The staff and parking were great. We did not have the breakfast. Our room left a little to be desired. There were pieces of tape left on the wall and one of the lamp shades. Rubber gloves left behind the nightstand and drops of dried blood on the pillow case. The ac also was not working very well at all. It’s a good thing we only had an overnight stay.

Terrible room service . They didn’t clean our room the following day . Our table that was provided was dirty . They didn’t clean it . I got spider bite. I guess you pay for what you get for . I wouldn’t stay again there .

It was ok. Rooms are old but breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was very good, very comfortable beds and suite.

Clean room, breakfast was ok. Front desk was very helpful, especially the lady when we checked out. She was very nice.
