Morada Inn - Near Garden Grove Park

For the amount paid , more was expected,

Free parking was lovely. Overall, it felt a little rundown. I was not expecting it to appear as though people resemble living there rather than passing through. I definitely got what I paid for and it was decent enough for a night. The staff was helpful when I wanted to change rooms due to my booking mistake and helped with ease. They also accommodating a later check in time which was helpful.

The guy was unfriendly and unprofessional customers service. I told him I want to check in please. He didn't ask my ID instead he told me the price posted on the sign $110 a night. Wow!I said I paid online already. Then he asked for ID. He want to finish fast so he can watch on phone. He aslo forgot to give to customer a remote control for TV which this hotel hold on the office. I didn't know because first time check in and I couldn't find it I help to go back and ask for it. My room face to parking no smoking and next to a smoke room. At middle of the night and around 3am. A couple people open came out seat outside smoking, watching movie, talking to loud. I can smelled the smoke came in side my room. It was so distract and couldn't sleep well. I'm disappointed it and nver book this Inn again.

The rooms didn't have much decor or amenities. A hair dryer or iron would've been nice

The rooms are very outdated/ old. It was clean though. Most of the furniture was beat up and scratch. I had to get 2 different rooms keys because it wasn't working. But if your looking for a cheap room, it works.

Clean and friendly people

Got stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes because the latch wouldn’t retract when i turned the doorknob. Eventually it opened but was worried for a moment! Hopefully they fixed that. Other than that was just a normal motel, fit my needs for a place to sleep and no other complaints.

This is a good motel to stay at if you only care to stay in it to sleep and shower. The lighting is a little dim. It's also located in a convenient spot near lots of stores and good food. Check in and out was very fast!

Parking is easy, plenty of space. Air conditioning works fine. No iron / iron board.

A bare bones place charging about double what other bare bones motel chains (think lower level Motel 6s) charge.

the rooms smelled like cigarettes there was fighting outside my room someone smashed a window on my floor and the staff made us wait like over 40 mins just to get our room the cleaning ladies were nice but did not give extra towels when they gave us this very tiny little towels when we needed more to shower

Yes the AC did keep the room cool I do not drive
