the room and the location. The staff is very rude. the manager and her son make the property look bad they are so rude to people .They kicked us out of the room without a warning or anything. She was impossible to talk to, her son also is very rude never greets anyone with a smile. They need to be fired and replaced with people that actually are friendly and provide good customer service. I have been renting at the morada for years and she threatened to call the cops just because she was having a bad day. Thats not cool treated me like im some sort of animal.

This hotel was not a bad hotel. It was three floors with no elevator. The beds were very uncomfortable, but for the most part, it was a last-minute day. It was cheap. The guy upfront was pretty useful, but really just went and slept and left rooms were small but that’s doesn’t matter to me when I’m just going and sleeping. The parking was OK also and they did have security guard there all night.

The room was small but it seemed nice at first. Till I saw roaches in the bathroom. I killed two adult roaches in the bathroom. There was no cable tv either. Since there was good wifi and i had my laptops with my HDMI cables having no cable wasnt the end of the world. It was kinda expensive for having no cable l,seeing roaches and having dirty floors. I had to mop the floor myself because my son's feet were black on the bottom. If i hadn't seen any roaches I'd stay there again.

Staff are amazing and caring. Rooms are clean. And I have nothing to complain about. It is in an area where there are some people who may be struggling with addiction and homelessness and it feels sketch. But the motel staff genuinely care, the rooms are clean and I did feel safe.

The swingshift counter person Hector was beyond helpful. In my opinion, he should have been the Manager. I had some issues with my reservation, but he was patient and took care of it. 5 star service.
