Very nice environment

Love it clean and amazing staff

The motel opened directly into a major street. While I felt safe, I could not recommend its location to women.

The place is very clean and well maintained , we had a high speed WIFI and a bigger Flat screen TV. The hotel doesn’t have Shampoo or shower jell , they only gave me soap pars which i had to buy shampoo for my hair. The room doesn’t have “Don’t interrupt sign” so we have to talk to the house keeping staff everyday to not to inter our room because we have a lot of expensive stuff and also the room doesn’t have a safe.

You get a bit less than you pay for. Outdated. Pool was full, claims warm water, full of people and didn't look inviting. Lots of neighbors with many barking dogs. In a bind this will do.

We actually considered leaving. We got under the sheet and didn't move. I think the smell made us uncomfortable about the rest of the room.

This place surprised me. For the price, I wasn’t expecting a whole, whole lot. But the staff is SO friendly and helpful- they greeted my 7 year old like she was a celebrity, one even bought her a snack- and took their time with her. The room was gorgeous, and literally dust free. The air was cranked to 62 when we got here, the pool was clear, bottom perfectly clean, literally not even leaves. There was a man cleaning the walkways all three days I’ve been here to keep the grounds clean, the sod is gorgeous, etc. I’m so surprised.

My husband and I used this facility as "home base" for 5 days/4 nights as we visited nearby family and friends. We were pleased with this location and facility! It was pleasant, clean, air conditioned ( wonderful!) uncarpeted and very sufficient for our simple needs of bed (great!) and shower (great!) Space for luggage was a little snug, as the king-sized bed took up much of the room, but there was a rod and hangers for clothes, a luggage rack below and an extended desk with multiple shelves for storage. The property seems a little older but the updates are obvious and appreciated! For example, the soft backlighting behind the bed's headboard was a nice option to the bright side table lamps. Our room happened to face the outdoor, grassy (artificial) courtyard/pool area. I enjoyed this pleasant space with its shaded tables and chairs, away from street noise. Friendly staff were seen frequently, tending to rooms or the grounds. A vending machine is available for snacks. The only negatives (more like inconveniences) were having to go to the office for an iron (but no board available) and a blow dryer. Bars of soap were small but more could easily be asked for. And our sink's drain could have used some Draino. ;) Overall, we would rate this facility GOOD to VERY GOOD!

There was roaches running all over the room when I walked in and turned on the light. There are homeless people living there and the place smells terrible. I asked to be moved rooms and they said they did not have space on the other side that looked cleaner and quieter. We then were offered a room on the same side but the people next door had the door open smoking weed and playing loud music. So then we came back and decided to not spend the night. Causing it’s to not have a place to stay with our family. If you can avoid this place while staying with family please do.

I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely stay here again.

Stay 2 night but no one come to provide new towels or anything. We end up to go buy towels to use 2nd night..

They don't care about reservations only first come first serve and they still took a deposit for a smoking room that I did not want. I've been coughing my whole stay there.

Friendly staff

Im pretty much a regular here. I come here a few times a month for work and this is one of the better hotels ive stayed at. Very clean, very nice area, room was very nice as usual, wifi cut on and off every now and then, and the AC in the room needs to be serviced but overall very good experience.

Close to Disneyland. Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff is really friendly. I would stay here again.

Towels were thin, they didn't have a blow dryer or iron and ironing board. They had both in the office but had to iron on the bed. Housekeeping didn't service our room so we had to ask for towels. Also no shampoo and conditioner. I realize I should have checked the website what they provide but it's never been an issue anywhere. As far as checking in, the ladies were friendly and quick. The lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

We were especially impressed with how pet-friendly the motel is. Traveling with our dogs can sometimes be stressful, but they were very welcome here, which made our stay much more enjoyable. For the price, this was an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in the area
