New and model hotel. Love the shower with glass door and that the desk has wheels that can be moved to other parts of the room. Breakfast was a little underwhelming though. The quality of the hot food (sausages/bacon and egg) was average at best.

This was a fairly new hotel. It was a first time staying a Tru. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was worth the price paid. Breakfast was alright, not much on the day I visited. Seemed as the food was not kept up and although there were yet many people eating, staff took things items, ran out of juice and so on. Overall I give my stay a 4 out of 5.

The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good. My experience was overall very pleasant. I would stay again.

Everything was great and staff was very nice and helpful

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.

The staff was really really good and always pleasant! The facilities outside and inside were always clean! First night the door could not lock and had to change rooms and had to change room. It was noisy at night, even though they had a notice about keeping the noise down at night on the floor. You would even hear knocking sounds sometimes; and one day they cleaned the room but left NO towels.

The breakfast was good, no better and no worse than other hotels that I have used. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable I like the way that the a/c was positioned (not directly on the side of the bed, but closer to the foot of the bed. I loved the view from our room, it was beautiful, awesome. Another chair would very much have been appreciated, the little red table could have not been. Would have appreciated two small waste baskets, instead of one in the bathroom, however, this is not a complaint.

The interior decor was modern with several vibrant & muted colors that went together well. The decor was inviting & relaxing. Love the pool table & board games provided. The room was also well decorated & cozy. The beds were comfortable. Tea & coffee was provided in lobby. The honey for tea ran out for tea/coffee in lobby & staff said there was no more. Please keep honey stocked.

No closet- hanging pegs instead. Poor breakfast compared to other Continental breakfast hotels. No available plugs bedside. For your ‘comfort’ bed is made and towels replaced every OTHER day. On the other hand- this is a clean, newer hotel with friendly staff and available coffee 24/7. They may’ve cut some corners to reduce price and many people may find it suits their needs for a basic place to stay very well.

The staff was nice and the facility is pretty. Tru is probably best suited for young families and teams in town for competitions who require less to be comfortable. These are extremely basic accommodations. The hotel is clean and bright, but there are few amenities. The room was like a dorm; small with a tiny fridge and no microwave. There was no closet, just and a rack with a few hangers. The convoluted TV set up with 2 remotes and no instructions was the last straw for me. I figured it out the first time. I had to call the front desk to ask for help the next time. To be fair, the desk attendant offered to come to my room to show me how it worked, which was a kind gesture. However, I didn't want company first thing in the morning. I just wanted things to work easily. The breakfast was a sad display of traditional morning foods. To make up for the limited food options, there were gimmicky delivery systems like an oatmeal station, a (broken/empty) soft-serve yogurt dispenser, and an Easy Bake Oven-type contraption so people could watch their pancakes being made. (Why?) I ended up checking out 2 days early to find more appropriate accommodations.

Very good service

Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the room accommodations are minimal, they are fairly well appointed. Breakfast on our first morning was good and a little more than we thought would be available. The second morning was a bit different as two large groups had checked in the previous night so breakfast was a bit sparse. The staff was working to replenish items and the wait wasn’t too long. I was most impressed with the gym! It was clean with new equipmen. Everything I needed for my workout was available. This was our first time to stay at a Tru by Hilton and we will definitely do so again.

well as the bathroom. Bathroom was spacious. Bed and pillows were great. Good selection at breakfast and meal staff helpful. My husband and I have stayed at Hilton Tru and are never disappointed!
