Hyatt Place Huntsville/ Research Park/ Redstone

We had a two-night stay, as a family and the team in general and the attention was excellent, I totally recommend it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Close to Bridge Street town center shops and restaurants. Breakfast was my only complaint. It looked good but was totally tasteless. After first day, we passed on the included breakfast.

We love staying here when visiting family in town- the staff is kind and helpful, great breakfast and small Bar for an afternoon cocktail, large parking lot. Also very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The area is also fantastic for daily walks, runs or bike rides!!!

The staff at the front were helpful. The night worker was willing to do anything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. That was my second stay, and it is always clean. The breakfast is wonderful, and has different options for everyone.

Rooms were clean!

This is a terrific hotel located near excellent restaurants and shopping. It is only 3 miles from the Rocket & Space Museum. I thought it was a great value and the mattress was great!

I love the handicap bar in the shower but I do have problem walking and our room is the end/last of the hallway? not liking that fact.

I had a great stay!

Nice hotel, clean, room is spacious enough, quite area. Breakfast was good, comparing to continental breakfasts in other hotels.

The entire staff was amazing! I’m talking motivational, hospitable, kind, accommodating, caring and just a ray of sunshine! Every one I encountered seemed to love their job and it showed! My room wasn’t “fresh” but I asked for some liquid air freshener and they brought it up very quickly. I went to eat and came back and I understood that the smells come from pet odors because there were several owners in the lobby with their pets and throughout the property. The carpets weren’t vacuumed because you could clearly see debris on them throughout the hallways even though the carpets are heavily designed. The room nor hallway phones worked. So, I gave a 4 for cleanliness because housekeeping should so better. With the cleanliness and odor. I know they can’t resolve cigarette odor but maybe be more cognizant and use air purifiers. But I gave 5 for the people. Y’all are marvelous! Also love that you’re proximity to the shopping center.

They were under staffed for cleaning two late for checking in due to room not ready Hotel did not offer any thing for that Will not book with them again

Victoria at the front desk was extremely sweet and kind! We encountered her twice yesterday at the front desk and she was a true gem! Her smile and friendliness is what you want when checking in to a hotel! We have stayed here multiple times and love this hotel but Victoria really stood out with her exceptional customer service!

We stayed in a suite with 6 people. 1 bathroom with 2 doors, 2 rooms with separate living and kitchen area. The thermostat is located in living room so that room stayed cool but got warm during the night in bedroom area. Facility was clean and staff friendly.
