Great location. Great Shopping and food choices n walking distance. Free breakfast was good

The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff was sweet and very attentive, room was beautiful and clean and so big definitely will be back

The hotel is attached to another hotel. As a guest of Element you get to use their amenities. The hotel needed a good cleaning. We were upgraded to a suite, which i appreciated. The bathroom was a good size. The pool and hot tub were very nice as was the complimentary breakfast. But the overall feel of the common areas just felt rundown. One elevator did not work, and a couple who had been there a month prior mentioned the same elevator was not working then. Very inconvenient.

The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a little low. Other than that, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Room and elevators and hallway were filthy. Bed was very uncomfortable and sheets didn’t fit. Tile was coming off in bathroom. Carpet and couch had many stains. Kitchen smelled terrible. Shower was extremely slippery and did not have anything to hold onto. Dangerous. Only one night stand. For a suite it was extremely bad. Never stay in an elements again

The breakfast is really good. Maria oversees it. Great choices. Couldn't be better. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I don't sleep well with a comforter only, for a blanket on the bed. I get too hot. However, they did bring me a blanket to use instead.

Breakfast was excellent, and breakfast staff was very good. The side rails on bed.

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they are booked out and they won’t accommodate me, even though I got the reservation made.

The outdoor mall was great though.

Check in process was awful. Our room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait until 5:30pm and we missed our dinner reservations because of it. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude as well.

Pleasant

Everything was great: room, staff, breakfast, fitness room, pool. Great stay!

Terrible beds, so uncomfortable got almost no sleep

Needs a little more TLC. Balcony had moss growing in door tracks, loose pavers on floor of balcony. Would DEFINITELY stay again though. Overall a wonderful experience and property. Pool was great, breakfast was great and staff very helpful.

The location and the convenience to bridge street and the Interstate My floor was pretty noisy from other guests walking down the hall. The doors slamming shut after walking in or out and you could hear other guests doors too.

Location was great The room light bulbs were out in the main room light. We opened the curtains and made it work.
