Didn’t receive any room service during my 6 night stay. It says after you get there that it’s only once a week so if you stay less than a week you don’t get any. I didn’t have a do not disturb card. I see why as they don’t check on you anyway. The front desk is mostly left unattended, there’s a phone to call for service but it was broken. They are super friendly when you do see them though. The man at the desk was so nice and helped me. The washers are free so that was the highlight. The rooms weren’t bad though and in a pinch I’d stay again. Just weird that they don’t offer room service more frequently. No breakfest or anything like that. Complimentary coffee machine was broken as well.

Tub got full, took forever to drain- making it hard to clean (I like cleaning the tub after I shower, even at a hotel). I couldn’t shampoo my hair in the shower, didn’t want to deal with the tub getting really dirty (lots of gel/edge control in my hair).

Room was very clean and guest services was top notch.

I would avoid this place like the plague. We tried to check in at 4 and they had no available rooms. They were all still being cleaned. We left for my daughter‘s tournament and came back around 9 PM to try to check it a second time. They still had no clean rooms and told us it was going to be another hour before our room would be ready. It was already past my daughter‘s bedtime and she had to be up the next day at 6 AM to be back at her tournament. I was livid. The toilet was running the entire time in our room and dogs were parking at midnight and woke us up. The hotel is pet friendly and there were dozens of dogs. Would definitely never stay here again.

The room had everything that I needed and it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The price could have been a little lower considering the length of my stay. Plus, the bed was a little firm for me.

Very clean, pet friendly and reasonably priced. Tamika at the front desk was very nice to talk to. In fact all the staff were wonderful. We spent 23 nights there waiting on our house to be ready.
