The hotel was not 4 stars the bathroom toilet made a noise constantly called the front desk and maintenance man came heard the noise and said it’s a clog between our room and the room before ours and left. The hotel is in a good location and the beds are comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

Jay the Valet guy was amazing. We could tell he genuinely cared about us! Meghan the front desk person was rude, made us go up to our room and we had to come down because she never activated the key. She also did not give us two keys, even after asking for it!

A little disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice hotel. The room was small, the hallways were like saunas and the staff was very unprofessional with the exception of one valet. Even the restaurant in the lobby staff was not very hospitable.

Wow! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. It was such an enjoyable experience. From the fragrance when you walk in, to the staff, prompt elevators, to the room. The property was a 10 out of 10. Thank you for making our trip to Huntsville rememberable and comfortable!
