Motel 6 Huron, OH - Sandusky

Hot tub was awesome to relax in and I didn’t like that they didn’t serve a breakfast for guests

I liked how our room had cabinets with the fridge and microwave separating the beds. It gave us more privacy when traveling with our kids. Also I loved that my dog was allowed to come. I noticed that while this was a pet friendly location I didn't notice any animal smells in the room. We did have trouble with our room key not working multiple times. After speaking with the staff who were extremely helpful they mentioned magnetic fields like the ones at cedar points security screening are powerful enough to wipe your key. Make sure to leave them in your car!

Really don’t have much to complain about close to the park nice motel Arby’s and Wendy’s right next-door

Appliances dirty staff was nice rest of room was good . Microwave had what look like a pasta sauce all over roof of microwave , the freezer section was filthy with what looked like melted Coca Cola drippings with complete thick ice that needed defrosted , the coffee pot lid was all sticky and there was a stain on the bedcover

The room was clean. The hot tub was amazing after a long day at cedar point! The staff was nice and they let us check in 2 hours early! Cedar Point and public beach access were only just a short drive. I would definitely stay here again!

Room smelled like cat pee and pot.

We liked the fact that the hotel had and indoor pool and hot tub and that the room had a mini frig and microwave. There was dirt in the bottom of the hot tub for days. We did not get fresh towels and trash pulled every day as told. Handle on mini frig was broken and duck tape was put on it as a repair.

If you are pulling a trailer or have a RV, you need to park across the street behind the Wendy's. Entry level rooms don't have a refrigerator or microwave. No coffee maker either, but coffee is available in the lobby starting at 6am. Located about 15 minutes from Cedar Point. M. There are railroad tracks nearby, with lots of trains during the night (or so my wife says, I slept through the night with no issues). All in all, while a bit pricy for a Motel 6, I would stay there again.

Chris was AMAZING at our check-in and Check- Out! I cannot say enough great things about him! He went above and beyond for us.

The front desk guy was l polite, but only authorized to refund a one time $55. Not per day, which i paid over $200, for a queen bed. I still have not received the $55 nor response form General manager. I undisturbed is summer, but the price tag and cleanliness do not math!!

The property is located close to force sports park. The room was clean. Shower was pretty bad no water pressure at all. The pool was nice until a lady showed up in a white t shirt to swim in.

Front desk team member was rude . Our family paid $15 more for what they call the suite. The sweet basically has everything that's typically found along the right hand side of the wall in the middle of the room splitting the room so I believe we paid extra for less usable space.

Otherwise the pool is pretty nice and the rooms were clean. Good for cedar point

Easy to get to. Not in a busy area but still close to everything!

The property outside looks very nice. The beds are so uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The pool area was nice. Lobby doesn't look anything like the pictures online.

I travel ALOT and not to sound snobby but I have never considered staying at a Motel 6 before. But after reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a shot. This place far exceeded my expectations!! The property & room cleanliness, desk & cleaning staff were super friendly, pool/hot tub were great, easy parking… this place incredibly impressed me!! I have told all of our family that lives & comes to stay & play in the area!!

Clean. Modern Barking dog. Teenagers running down the halls after 10pm. Train about every hour No in room coffee, fridge or microwave
