Great room, the breakfast area was clean and well provisioned. Great value

Very nice, well kept property. The pool water was cloudy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms were great and the lobby was nice, the breakfast was nice too but, when it came to the bar inside it had very little to be desired. Not much to choose from and they kept very little of the alcohol in the bottles. There was no one serving any of the coffees describe in its reviews. The pool was green. No one would swim in the pool the five days we were there. The manager was very nice but they couldn’t control the pool water. It was 106 degrees outside. I’m sure that didn’t help so we went to the water park down the road to have some water activity there.

Great customer service, but humid halls with a stench

Room was clean and much bigger than expected but no microwave in the room. No biggie on to the next the pool. Our main reason for staying was to get some pool time in. Epic fail. It was merky and black around the walls. When I called the front 30 mins after being checked in to cancel they said nope. So we were kind of stuck. The beds weren’t terrible but they weren’t great either. Breakfast however was amazing! Staff fully prepped fresh made wafffles, real scrambled eggs and sausage. Apple and orange juice, milk variety with different cereals. That was this place saving grace. Would I stay again… maybe but let’s be honest probably not due to the pool being disgusting. Was told they shocked it and there’s been a lot of people in it today. Hard to believe that.

The room was acceptable, but the customer service was terrible. On the day I checked out, I needed assistance from the front desk, but no one was there. I waited for a long time without help. When I returned, I needed a receipt, but the person I spoke to seemed unsure of what to do. She gave me a receipt with incorrect information. I requested to speak to the manager, but she informed me that no manager was available and that she was the only staff member on duty.

The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful! The hallway to the rooms on floor 5 smelled like rotten milk for the entirety of the stay. The A/C in the room was loud making it difficult to sleep. The side table shelving covered the plugs in the room making it impossible to use medical equipment needed for sleeping. More plugs are needed in the rooms. Room layouts were strange, not maximizing space. For example getting to the closet was awkward.

Definitely do not advertise it.

Notice that cleaning floors and counters should have regular cleaning schedules!!! All these things are easily improved. I hope this is within their ability to address.

We were in town for a big karate tournament. Clean. Very convenient.

Friendly staff

The pool was cloudy and dirty we didn’t even get to use it and there was no shade. I think on our second day one elevator stopped working. Overall the rooms looked like they were really bad at one point and patched up. Room service only cleared the trash bins while we were there and didn’t make any beds or clean the sinks. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work. There was people all over the lobby during breakfast because there’s not enough space for people to sit. This placed ruined our vacation and I wish I could've changed our stay before we got there but I was not expecting something so expensive to be so bad.

Was a little older, but the staff was very kind. We couldn’t use the pool while there, so which was a downside. Otherwise a nice stay

Still there mattresses were less than desirable. Lights didn’t work by the bed. Just not what we were expecting from a Hyatt. Probably won’t use them again when we travel.

Eh it’s alright. Kind of depressing in the room. It be looking like the backrooms and feeling old. Nothing crazy to talk about. I think they should charge less tbh

Every bit of my brief experience at the Hyatt at the Euless to location was terrible. The manager was dismissive towards this 65 year-old white male. She canceled my reservation at the desk, when I voiced my concerns. which was a huge inconvenience after driving 3 1/2 hours. the swimming pool was dark green and should have been closed. after we had called and they said yes the pool is open and ready for you. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel.
