Parking, Clean room, Staff.

The main issue was with the staff, they were really mean and at breakfast the shut everything off at 9:01, normally if breakfast is 6-9 they stop serving at 9 but they were still a lot of families eating I personally wanted more oj and the lady said they weren’t going to serve more period

The location and quiet. Ants were terrible. The room was warm at night. The breakfast wasn't good.

The mattress was comfortable. Property had an Oder. The phone system was not working. You had to walk down stairs to talk to front desk. Messages full and front desk said it has been awhile since system broken. Soap and lotion empty in containers in bathroom. I selected a hotel with a pool that advertises a pool but it was closed and staff did not know when it would be open. The breakfast was scheduled at 9:00 to end. The front desk turned off lights in food area at 8:47. Then they had a kitchen person start removing items from the food station when there was a line to get food and a full seating area. This is so rude to shut down early and false advertisement.

Absolutely perfect and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! It’s clean and everything was nice! We have no complaints at all.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The lady that checked us in was rude and indifferent. When we showed up, she wasn't at the desk so we waited for her to arrive. As soon as she arrived, she was very blunt; no smile, no "customer service voice," and just acted like she hated being there. When I asked for a late check out while she was processing our reservation, she huffed and then shove the keys at me and said 401. Didn't answer about a late check out, didn't ask us how late we were hoping to check out, or explain hotel policy for a late check out, just shoved the keys in my face.

They took money from me then give it back leaving me in the negative of 288 Too much salt on the breakfast menu would like my refund but that would never happen

Pool was out of service most of our days there. I had to buy tickets to a water park so the kids could swim. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool.breakfast was cold, but clean. Stop serving at 900 when everything was gone.

Even though the pool wasn't available due to a state issue which was one of the reasons we choose it !, our overall experience was excellent the Staff in particular went above and beyond to make our experience excellent and I do mean all staff especially the Desk Manager who was truly a blessing to us on our last Morning helping us get transportation to the airport after our taxi didn't show by using his uber account to get is there !

Didn’t clean room for 2 days wouldn’t give us soap to take bath after work.

This place is so clean. The pool was closed when we got there and the front desk lady was rude but the housekeepers were the sweetest and had everything so cleaned and organized

The stand under the mirrors in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off the wall.

I greatly annoyed my stay, the girl who checked me in was also great! The hang out area was perfect, I highly recommend the hotel.
