This is a good brand. Everything as it should be.

Room was great. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay for something to fil your stomach. I have eaten better at other hotels.

Checking in was a breeze, and overall the facility is well kept. There are family games in the lobby a decent sized indoor pool. Rooms are ok, a little small for my taste especially with growing kids but if ur in and out and really only using the room to sleep and shower it works.

Convince of location From the very beginning the front desk agent was very rude, made us feel like we were an inconvenience especially if we asked for anything… advised them that our room was not properly cleaned, toilet had what looked like feces streaks in it, hair on bathroom floor, sink, and tub front desk said housekeeping will be notified… housekeeping was rude never gave us towels when asked several times … we had to dump our own trash and basically had to reuse our same towels all weekend… I had three rooms and we all were treated like this… I got a text asking about our stay and rated it a 2 then texted again asking when will be a good time to talk and I texted back after 5 and guess what no response or follow up call… will not be staying here again…
