La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Hutchins

Believe it or not it was a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean except for people that spilled sticky stuff in the elevator but it did get cleaned up. So no complaints.

I absolutely love this hotel . I highly recommend.

The tv did not work. Tried to use the iron it had something blue melted on it.

Microwave was full of mold. Fridge didn’t work. Carpet was gross. Didn’t take my shoes off. Room had a terrible musty smell.

Day shift staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

El cuarto tenía muchas hormigas y lo rente por dos dias y me dijeron q no tenían ya cuartos disposables q tenía q hablar para aversi me podian regresar el dinero la verdad este hotel siempre me gusta solo q esta vez no por q había muchas hormigas y se subian ala cama

I like that the property was well maintained and the clean smell of the whole hotel

Property was nice . Rooms were clean and amenities worked except TV cable some channels stopped working. Breakfast was good and everything was clean in lobby

Had my vehicle broken into and front desk wasn’t helpful.

Bed looked like it was slepted in when we pulled the top cover back.

Reasonable items available for brreakfast. Coffee machine worked well. Clean area. Slow elevator.

The room was nice and had everything we needed.

One thing to note: youth sports teams sometimes stay here, which can lead to occasional noise and minor inconveniences. Aside from that, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we highly recommend it.
