Excellent clean room, very nice staff, great breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

The whole hotel was super clean. Even the pool and hot tub! Only one minor complaint - the mattresses were definitely old and harder.

Hotel was fine, but the elevator broke down while I was in it with my kids. When we finally was able to get out, my son went down to tell the staff and the lady was really rude and blamed it breaking down on us, saying we were pressing to many buttons which absolutely didn't happen. The lady was extremely rude to me and my children about the situation. Also the room smelt a little mildewy the ac stunk.

OK, most breakfast at hotels are mediocre at best. This hotel had a really good breakfast like really really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I do not think, however, that this was worth the price I paid. This room was over $200 a night (2nd week of June). We stayed two nights. This was not a hotel worth of almost $500. It was not exceptional in any way. The elevator broke down once, but they did fix it - not before we had to do a 3-story climbing of the stairs. Additionally, there is only ONE elevator. The staff are great. The place is clean. It is within 5-mintues of food and shopping and 10-minutes to the zoo. But not worth the price we paid at all.

Convenient for our travels

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was one of our best hotel stays ever. It was myself, husband, and two kids- 11 & 6. Hotel was clean. We loved the breakfast options. We were so appreciative that the hotel staff said it was alright for my kids cousins to come swimming with us, it was a highlight of our trip. Terri at the front desk was especially friendly and kind! We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
