Check in was easy, there were rooms available. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. The day I checked out I left a pair of sandals in my room. I realized it 2 hours in to my trip home. I called the front desk. I explained the situation, exact room and description of shoes. I offered to pay for postage if shoes could be mailed back to me. I did not hear anything for several hours, so I called again later that evening. No shoes in lost and found and no record of my previous call. I did not hear anything for several days, so called again. There was nothing in lost in found or message of me calling 2 times prior. The shoes are not new or expensive, but very comfortable to me and had a lot of wear left in them. I have stayed at your facilities across the USA, have always been pleased. I will be staying at Hampton Inns from now on. I had a similar situation with them. They responded immediately mailed the items to me at their cost. Integrity is seriously lacking in our world today and as a business this should be a priority. I hope the housekeeping staff that found my shoes enjoy them, or maybe the person in lost and found, front desk? If your employees are willing to steal small things from your customers without consequence they will graduate to larger more expensive items.

The 24/7 pool and spa How expensive it is in comparison to other places which also have a pool/spa, which are actually nicer, much closer to downtown, and cost at least 50$ less nightly

When I arrived, Martha checked me in. She was very courteous and offered great service. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was cozy. For breakfast there was a lot of options and the hot breakfast was good all of the staff was friendly and I love the 24hr coffee bar.
