La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Idaho Falls/Ammon

Clean room, quite nights, comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. Common areas, specifically elevator rug, floor, and walls, and areas around the ice machines, public bathrooms and all common area floors were not very clean and never cleaned in the 4 nights that we stayed here.

Exceptional

Property was nice and breakfast was pretty good. I liked that they had hot food (sausage, eggs, country potatoes, and waffles) during the week. The pool looked great too but, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the soaps in the shower seemed runny and watered down. As was the provided lotion in the bathroom. My room actually had two conditioners in the shower so, I had to wash my hair with body wash. For me, the amenities just did not make up for the uncomfortable beds in particular. I probably would not stay here again

While our room was clean, it smelled like a wet dog. Little did I realize this is a pet friendly hotel. Great for those traveling with pets. We were not!

Very nice room I stayed in the bathtub old dated the grab handle loose and hazardous and I am handicapped so it was very shaky the room other than the bathtub was great it was old chip and not in very good shape

The property was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

room was good once we moved rooms. the staff was exceptional in helping us find another room to fit our needs. cant say enough good about the hotel staff and management. breakfast was good. cookies when checking in were delicious.

The staff was nice. And the room was relatively clean. The pool area was never cleaned during our four days stay and the breakfast was underwhelming with sickly looking fruit and not super great options. I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels. I picked this hotel because the breakfast was rated better and it was disappointing when we arrived at our hotel room. We reserved it for four people, and there were three towels so I had to ask for more which the staff was nice about, but still it was an added stress. The hotel smelled old and it was hard to sleep at night with all the noises. There’s only one elevator for the three floors and so sometimes waiting for it took forever.

Comfy beds, breakfast had options I could eat on a Gluten free and dairy free diet.

Property is dated. Bonus - next to shopping center with lots of restaurants.

The staff responded right away when the air conditioner wasn't working. They were able to get it working. Desk staff was very personable and friendly.

I never stepped in one of these rooms. BOOKING DOT COM STOLE MY $123 on Sept 6, 2026. Remember that! You stole $123 from my credit account.

Room was clean except there was a long dark hair in the shower (not ours!) and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. I notified the front desk in the morning as the other tv in the living room did work. All in all, good place to stay.

Great location near shopping and restaurants. We had a suite for the week and it was great.
