Breakfast was good. Exercise room and pool was nice. Pool was pretty warm. Loved that it was open 24hrs so kids could swim after late sports games and dinner. They didn’t have any rollaway beds available and gave me an air mattress but it deflated overnight, so maybe bring your own just in case they don’t have any rollaway beds. Staff was friendly and nice. Would stay here again.

Our room smelled awful & carpet was stained near 2nd bed; bath tub had rust spots; no body wash in shower (container was labeled "body lotion," and it was lotion; no sausage or potatoes at breakfast so told desk clerk. Waited about 30 minutes for refill. (Desk clerk was very helpful, she told staff about breakfast immediately and also refilled hot chocolate cups for us.) Guests were asking for ice in the morning and were told the machine was either broken or empty. (It worked the night before.) There is one ice machine for the hotel.

The pool was refreshing love to stay here due to the convenience of location. Near food, thing to do that is close by. If you can get out on the golf courses do.

Hotel was clean. We ended up staying another night because we loved the location it was walking distance to restaurants. They gave out cookies shortly after we checked in. Only issue we had was the 1st night fire alarm in room kept going off after we took a shower. Other then that the stay was good.

The staff was helpful, pool and hot tub were well taken care off, and the room was clean.

Our TV in the living room would not work wit Closed Captions, I reported it the first day and they made a small effort to make it work which was unsuccessful, tv was not new enough to have that feature. My wife is deaf which made our stay less satisfying. I ask them to switch our tv out for one that would show CC and all I go was lip service.
