This property was beyond filthy. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk did give me the cleaning supplies but honestly they should have gone in and cleaned it. If I could have stayed somewhere else, I would have. I ended up booking at this hotel as the one I normally stay at did not have availability on the dates I needed. I will NEVER stay here again.

If you need a place to stay and not look too closely at the room conditions then this is your place to stay. Be prepared to wear earphones all night as the heater / ac rattled all night long, running or paused. 😔

It is conveniently located but elevator remains out of order, fire doors slam and hinges need to be oiled; too noisy, could not sleep as my room was close to one of those doors…

because i booked thru a third party(expedia)…a very low class & tired hotel- old furniture stacked in stairwells, breakfast is bare minimum. One star hotel- who owns this poor place? They are investing ZERO money in upkeep and staffing..sad disappointing uneasy experience . Will NEVER go back . Better to sleep in your car..

Wow, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever experienced in my life. I am a travel nurse so I have spent thousands of nights in hotels. Absolutely filthy - pubic hair, urine you name it. This place needs to be condemned. Excellent Expedia customer service in immediately processing my refund after I went out and spent $30 at Walmart on cleaning supplies and then thought this isn’t my job to clean this hotel and requested a refund.

The staff was nice but the hotel was horrible the air didn’t really work the fort does not shut without force the free breakfast was a joke with outdated honey buns an stale cereal and the room itself was filthy the were holes in the wall around the outlet some kind of whaite powder on the floor years of build up dust round the room I actually went an bought a pillow an blanket from Walmart so I didn’t have to use theirs the best part was when I went to get Yorker paper the whole insert in the wall came out I’m extremely upset

For sure not worth the money they are charging for .Leaking toilets wet damp rooms sticky carpers. There is no breakfast to speak of unless you into cereals ,danish buns cnd old coffee

Nothing Cockroaches! Two crawling around the room. The whole place smelled of must and mold. Before I saw the roaches, I wiped up the bathroom floor because it was sticky. The towel was yellow and black from all the dirt and pee on the bathroom floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to leave and am still waiting on a refund! Don’t stay here!

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast left much to be desired. No coffee, apple juice tasted like water. Outlets in room could not be used to charge phones or insulin pump.

I am disabled, needing a walker. The elevator was broken and I had to climb 2 flights of concrete steps with a walker. I felt incredibly unsafe. The bathtub was gross. It had permanent stains in it. We needed to use the pull out bed for my stepdaughter. The mattress was very stained. I saw the mattress because we had to make our own bed. Again, I am disabled and I had to do this. I contacted Expedia to get at the very least a partial refund. They contacted the hotel and the hotel refused! As a side note: a hotel worker told me that the elevator has been broken for months and the owner won’t fix it. It is advertised as having an elevator . This is all UNACCEPTABLE!

The location was great! Close to shopping, dining, and the college campus. Slightly inconvenient that there are repairs occurring, but that is understandable and needed. The cost of the stay did not seem to match the level of hotel, but I believe there was some event that drove up prices of stays i. the area.

Last year I stayed at this motel and it was not good. It has only deteriorated. The elevator and half the equipment in the fitness center were out of order. The breakfast was almost non-existent with Froot Loops Raisin Bran and packaged muffins. The only positives were a clean comfortable room and good coffee. But at the price, it still wasn't worth it. I will not return.
