It appeared as though they were doing some remodeling, but our room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, pool was amazing. No complaints other than the hallway was literally about 110 degrees, and the restaurant and bar were closed. It was the fourth of July, so I kind of understand. But still a little disappointed with that.

dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed at under a Wyndham property, dirt balls beside the chair next to the wall, not vacuumed in a while, tub faucet stuck on shower so you had to adjust shower with it running, white shower curtain with dark stains on it, door to room needs repair wont close without turning handle and pulling hard. a definite lack of cleaning and maintenance. Suggest staying somewhere other than the Ramada by Wyndham.

Dirty. And in need of repair. Room had water damage, crooked sinks, and plumbing issues

Great stay, check in staff was friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. Room was clean and inviting, ac was on so our room was comfortable. Atrium where the pool is was very nice for families and groups traveling together. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Rooms are off the atrium and even with a band playing in the lounge our room was very quiet. Great stay.

Staff was great however the rooms weren’t super clean, it smelled like mildew and just wasn’t up to my expectations. We only needed to stay one night so it was okay enough for that.

It took 30 mins to get hot water fir shower

This hotel was very neglected and dirty.

The beds were clean and comfortable, towels were clean. The pool was as mostly the best part of the hotel, well maintained. Hallway was way too hot due to the air conditioner pushing out hot air. The lighting in the rooms could be better. In order to close the door you have to slam it. And the TV quality sucks, you cannot watch most of things you would like. Meaning if you were to choose Netflix it wouldn’t allow you to, the TV would say something like “error”.

Pros: easy parking situation, quick check-in/check-out, fairly quiet, lots of towels for room and pool, good location, BEAUTIFUL indoor courtyard and pool (the highlight of the stay). Cons: my non-smoking room definitely smelled like smoke, outside hallway had to be at least 95° (not exaggerating) on an 80° day and the A/C in the room wasn’t turned on so it took forever for the room to cool down with unit on full blast. I went to the pool to cool down, but despite the pool being very deep, the water looked disgusting. Also if you’re not a fan of large dogs running around hallways, this place is not for you. Room could’ve been worse, but definitely didn’t feel clean. Needed vacuumed and the shower had a hole in the tile that exposed the plumbing. Door lock also looked like it had been broken into at some point, but I didn’t really feel unsafe with so few people there. Again, overall not great, but could’ve been worse. It just needs an update (don’t touch that gorgeous courtyard!) and a serious deep clean. And fix the hallway AC!

The lock on the door did work, the bathroom was dirty, the bed looked old. We turned into the parking lot and my wife gave me the look. We did not stay, left and booked a room at a different hotel. I can not say anything good about this property, they should raze the building and put something new up

The lady at the check in desk was so great we put the ac on in our room and left for a couple hours and the room cooled off but not that much the lady at the front desk switch our rooms no problem. I would recommend this hotel the pool was nice they have towels at the pool and the bar has entertainment if your there for a weekend.

friendly staff, cool retro vibe, comfie bed, everything you need without the luxury hype everyone thinks is necessary slow computers at check in, no real outdoor space to lounge in good weather, wear and tear on surfaces

The location of the hotel was decent, and the layout of the interior was fantastic for my kiddos who loved to be in the pool while I was able to sit comfortably in the pool area. The hotel room was filthy! The carpets were sticky, the room smelled terribly musty, and the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. There was no hot water in the sink--even after letting it run for nearly 30 minutes, and the hot water in the tub (which didn't drain properly) took nearly as long to warm up as it took for me to bathe my son. We needed to pull out the bedside table to get a toy that fell behind it, and the amount of garbage and "stuff" behind the table was disgusting. The beds have posts that stick out from the frame and are dangerous for anyone walking by! My son's leg got cut pretty bad, and the leg of my denim jeans was torn open from the corner of the post. I don't see myself recommending this establishment to anyone in the near future.

Great room and service

The front desk people were very nice and helpful! The hotel itself could definitely use some help!!!! The door latch to our room looked like the door had been kicked in, the carpet had a big stain. And the bed sheets were stained with something which would be questionable for anyone! I just feel like the management or cleaning can definitely do a better job!!!

There was no hot water in the lobby for tea.

My room was a handicapped room. The toilet in that room has a wobble. You need to get that fixed before someone has a accident. It was not easy to find the light switch either.
-
The room was clean however out dated. The floor by our bathroom was wet. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for 6 adults and 3 small children. When the one couple showed up the front desk staff asked if they were staying and after they said yes she was like wow only 2 rooms for all those people. Breakfast wasnt included so we didnt partake in it. Did not like getting woken up at 7:30 in the morning by the cleaning staff rolling their carts up and down the hall on the stone cobble like walkway, it was VERY loud.

For the price the Ramada was ok. If I was the hotel Manager I would, shampoo the carpets, replace the stained ceiling tiles (and fix the leak that had a bucket under it). Clean the bugs out of the light fixtures and try to do something about the water pressure. (They could pay for this by turning off the AC units in the hallway that were all set for 60).

Perfect place to stay while visiting the University. It has a pool that is heated. A restaurant with a bar(and excellent bar staff!) with good food(they also offer breakfast for $8) . On Saturdays the have a live band from 7-10pm. The renovated rooms are nice with good amenities. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful! the only issue I had was with the size of the bathroom and shower area was really small. Other than that, it was a good experience
