Room very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

WiFi wasn’t working for me and breakfast was lacking only having sausage patties, yogurt and fruit. Other than that everything was clean and in order.

It is located close to IUP The rooms are very dirty. I had hair in my sink and tub upon check in. The breakfast is not really a breakfast. It is a waffle maker, yogurt, bananas, apples and bagels/bread. They also only throw out a dozen or so breakfast sausage patties. The gym is not a gym. It is simply a single multi gym piece of equipment. No free weights, no bars, nothing. The multi gym is also missing attachments on some cable pieces. The floor is also dirty and looks like it has never been vacuumed. I stayed at the end of June and the pool was closed. The jacuzzi in my room was closed for maintenance as well. My stay was for a total of 4 nights and the Wi-Fi was down all week except for the last night. The key cards for the rooms sometimes worked and other times you would have to use them multiple times to get the door open. The hotel is also severely overpriced. If this were a $40 or less a night hotel I would understand but to charge $80-100+ a night Sunday through Thursday is insane. I know the Hilton is significantly more but my advice would be to stay at the Hilton and pay the extra money.

It is located close to IUP The rooms are dirty. I don't think they've been dusted or vacuumed in awhile.
-
The location was convenient and near the university. The parking lot could use a re-paving
-
Needs updated, bathroom was dirty, I had to clean before using. Bug crawling on wall. Carpets in hall smell old
-
Continental breakfast was disappointing and ended too early. Not enough electrical plugs for my computer.

Clean room.

Property was close to where we needed to be for a family event. Checking into property was easy. The young lady at desk was very professional and explained everything fine. The beds were comfortable. Walking into the front desk area you could tell it is more geared to truckers and workers that travel not to families. It smelled very musty. Parked and walked up flight of stairs which was easy to find. The whole place is carpeted and these days it's just a trigger that the place isn't as clean as you would hope. It just smelled like everything carpet absorbed over the years. The room was ok. It smelled but the beds were clean and made well. My biggest concern was the bathroom. It was filthy. The toilet covered in residue, the tub was dirty and it is all misshaped and my special needs daughter had issues trying to stand while soapy water not flowing in drain. Four times we either tried calling desk or my husband walked down with no one answering or in sight. Also, after my children went to bed and was trying to fall asleep the smell of weed just filled the hallway and rooms and I am assuming I then fell asleep and slept with a contact high. Definitely not a place for families. Fingerprints everywhere in rooms on wood surfaces and windows filthy.

The parking lot definitely needs resurfacing. The housekeeping staff are all too eager to clean your room. And then, unless you're leaving, will only change out the towels. They didn't even make the bed.

There is no elevator in the hotel. The building is run down and needs a renovation.

Do not stay at this Quailty Inn! Very filthy, musty. This should be closed down! Though staff seemed nice.
-
The beds were very nice and room well sized. Just nothing fancy and they overdid the air freshener. Breakfast is fine but basic. Good value.

Needs some renovations but clean
